They couldn't even tell me who the surgeon was who performed the procedure! My dentist has to play detective to determine the details that should have been preserved. We're still working on tracking down the exact screw that is needed. I remember that the surgeon (a woman) also taught the procedure at U of M but that's all I know.

She was a total professional, humorous, and with several years experience, added in making this client more at ease in the dental chair. I scheduled an appointment through this office months ago because it was the first available…read moreappointment. My appointment is scheduled for Monday and the office has been reaching out to verify my insurance. They were unable to verify the insurance so they asked me to call my insurance. Despite my call directly to my insurance, who confirmed my coverage 100%, the office stated they couldn't verify me so they canceled my appointment. I told them I needed this appointment because it's been booked and I'm about to lose my insurance (I do contract work and the end of my contract is my last for a while because I'm 9 months pregnant). Specifically, Leanne of the office in Flint told me she was canceling and hung up the phone on me when trying to protest cancelling the appointment (people pay cash and could submit to insurance after - there is no justification to cancel an appointment after waiting so long, just because they were unable to verify insurance). When I asked to talk to the manager she said she was the manager and she had every right to cancel my appointment and hung up on me AGAIN. Now I'm basically out of options and I'm just blown away that she had the right to cancel my appointment and treat me with such disrespect with no consequences of her actions.

My daughter has had her braces on for over 5 years and has had 5 or 6 different orthodontist in this office. Now they're saying that because of the way her teeth are shaped they can't close them and they will be taking them off next month. Why did it take 5 years and multiple orthodontists before they told us this?! A few months ago they started trying to charge us an extra $150 a month because she's been in them so long. When I went to other dental offices to finish the work, I was told the metal implant post had been installed incorrectly and needed to be removed entirely. I am now dealing with swelling, discharge from my gum, and possible infection. I contacted this office for help, but they refused to take responsibility or provide any assistance regarding Dr.Grossi s work. I was left to handle the consequences on my own. This experience has been painful, stressful, and frightening. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision before trusting this office with their dental care.
