Highly recommend. The Staff at Sullivan Medical Clinic is AmazingThe A-team staff at the front are courteous, supportive, efficient, caring & professional. The manager/owner, kindly let me inside just after locking up, I had to pick up forms in a hurry, he kindly listened & made it clear that he cared, he enquired with his staff(by cell) about the whereabouts of the forms. He calmed me down by allowing me to sit in a Dr's room while searching. This was after they had closed.. no staff Although he didn't find them, we figured out where they were! My Excellent family Doctor had the forms. Doctor Parveen Ali has always been responsible, respectful, confident, kind & she listens carefully to her patients. She takes the time to make a difference. The other Doctors at Sullivan Heights Medical clinic make conscientious decisions on behalf of their patients. I couldn't have asked for a better place to go to for myself & family. The clinic also has an awesome Pharmacy in the same building, Eric the pharmacist is a pro, he is diligent, courteous & knowledgeable. The Pharmacy is adjacent to the medical center. read more

A collection of bottom feeders from every backwater outpost in Canada.At least one has trouble with English. How did she qualify for licence? DID she qualify? Long waits despite appt are frequently peppered with angry confrontations btwn Dr. and patient. Referral to a specialist may take many months if at all. No interest, no follow-up. No basic cross-checking. In one case specialist arranged appt but 'reception' failed to notify. Required new appt just to find out! A routine, recurrent script for the same thing a specialist had prescribed with monthly refills for a yr required two appts at Sullivan. God help anyone in the kind of pain that requires opioids, the medical profession's whipping boy that ensures cowardly MDs will continue to undertreat extreme pain. Sullivan MDs have no interest in investigating any condition not easily identified using a crass med school reductionist model and NO mitigation is offered for even the most urgent, debillitating symptoms while awaiting specialist. Basically, a bunch of rank amateurs some less charming than others. Sullivan, alas, is now the rule not the exception in Canada's destroyed health scheme. Successive assaults of uninvested foreigners offered full access in exchange for votes - votes Cdns will no longer confer - votes very much intended to dilute Cdns' votes - along with med school entry bias in favor of any BUT Cdns has proved our undoing. Canadians pay a scandalous amount of tax for health care. Why, when it's this bad? Most galling is our inability to contract with a specialist we select ourselves on OUR time. MSP won't pay. Why not?! Basic quality care from a GP is now a luxury few Cdns enjoy. Hell, we're lucky if the treating MD, typically now a stranger at some impersonal factory clinic, is even civil. Too many of our overpaid, overloved MDs GP and specialist alike are just plain insulting. Why? B/c they know we have no recourse. We have to take it along with the endless wait times. Phooey! The BC College of Physicians and Surgeons has been well aware for more than five yrs of the dangerous dearth of GPs in South Surrey yet they STILL do nothing to mitigate. Is it time to end MDs' rapacious monopoly, which operates on condition that they protect the public interest? How much worse must our health services become before this lazy, corrupt governing body stirs its ancient Industrial Age stumps? That the College's shameful collusion in covidiocy is now the subject of action at the International Criminal Court (ICC) is still further grounds to end its unearned monopoly and increase competition among MDs in Canada in line with demand. If the College fails to ensure reasonable access to medical care at a reasonable standard we the people must demand termination of the monopoly and a corresponding reduction in tax as MDs are forced once again to the market to compete for our custom with competitive pricing. I needed to get checked up on my only day off before my flight. It was super last minute but I managed to get an appointment. Although it was a phone appointment I was told I could walk in on that same day to get the help I needed. Thanks to Dr. Ali for the fast and professional care. I would 100% recommend this Clinic I hope to get a family Doctor in this establishment in the near future. read more

I originally went to see Dr. P Ali because I had developed mastitis ( inflammation of the milk duct due to breast feeding). While in the doctors office room I saw on the computer that all the patients names were up on the screen with the reasons for their visit ( some real personal stuff). When Dr. Ali saw me she seemed upset that I was breast feeding my 13 month old child and instructed me to stop right away as the child was not receiving any benefits from it. The Public Health Nurse encourages breast feeding to 2 yrs of age. The second time I went in, my now 15month old's foot was turning in while walking ( child had been walking for 6 months). Dr. Ali saw me for less then 4 minutes and gave me an X-ray form. She said that if there was no abnormalities in the foot it would correct itself ( its been progressively getting worse). I asked how long I should wait until I come in if the foot doesn't correct itself. She became angry; raising her voice, talking sharply and breathing loudly. She would not give me a set time. She said the foot should correct itself and walked out. read more

Not happy with the service. I went for a Holter monitor but none were available so I have to go back for another appointment. Funny they don't have enough monitors to service their patients. (Actually they had one, which was defective so, of course, I refused it.) I had the feeling that I wasn't the first to have this experience as they weren't particularly apologetic. read more

I had an appointment at 3:40 and I sat around till 4:20 then I asked the girl's at the front desk does it usually take this long when you have an appointment? The one girl went to my file to see what time I had booked but the other girl At the computer started smirking and hiding her laugh so I confronted her and ask what's so funny? She looks at me and didn't say a word and as I walked away you could hear her saying something to the other girl. So the staff here is very unprofessional they find it funny when you sit around waiting for so long. read more

Lady in the front counter is rude. Tells me there's no walk ins and that there's a sign that says that......There's a giant sign on the wall that says "walk in clinic" then on the door they put a small paper that says no walk ins... Also if you call the receptionist they put you on a 30 minute hold, meanwhile you walk in there and she's doing nothing LOL. read more

I was really happy with my visit. Receptionists were nice, call was answered professionally, and Dr. Baby was very helpful in diagnosing and treating my concern. He asked several questions and seemed legitimately interested in my wellbeing. I typically despise walk-in clinics and everything to do with the conventional medical establishment due to SO many awful experiences in the past, but I was extremely impressed with this clinic and doctor. I talked to Dr Ali about my daughter who is 12 and my severe concerns that she had developed an eating disorder. Dr Ali dismissed my concerns and did not refer me to any specialist or pediatrician nor requested a follow up or provide any tools but rather spend most of the time rudely questioning me why I was at a walk in and not my GP, who btw had no appointment free for 2 weeks and she kept dismissing my concerns. I did end up seeing my GP who has confirmed my fears and diagnosed my daughter with anorexia. Dr Ali's inability and complete arrogance to listen to my concerns as a parent not only caused delay in getting help but left both my daughter and I to struggle longer without any help. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone read more

I found this clinic for my ageing parents who had just moved to the area and needed a family doctor. I had set up at time to do a meet and greet but our appointment was bumped a day later due to an emergency?? We arrived a good 15 minutes prior to our appointment and then waited over an hour while all the patients who were already there had been seen, as well as others who had arrived after us. No explanation was offered. Not a very good first impression. Definitely would not recommend this clinic read more

UPDATE*** Since writing this review i have been told i need to find another clinic and another doctor. I have been told the owner of the clinic takes pride in her clinic and its best i go somewhere else. If this is true, its only fair the owner hear and see the truth written on how doctors in her clinic treat patients. Everything in this review was true and i was told "if i want to change it.. i can". My answer to that is No, because its all true. I went to see Dr. Ali for a existing neck injury I have and have been wanting a doctor to take me seriously for almost 2 years . She was rude, did not want to get me a MRI although a specialist referred me for a MRI (I got referred from a walk in once when I went in because I was in so much pain).So,I finally get my results and she calls me in. First she blames her staff and gets super worked up for not having the report ready to go, when she just didn't know how to access it and her staff showed her. Second she made fun of the specialist who referred me and then says "that's not professional " and proceeds to laugh. THEN, she reads the medical terminology from the results and EXPECTS me to understand what she is saying. She was walking out the door as I was asking questions and everyone in the other rooms could hear! AND my chart was still up on the computer when she left the room!!!! She doesn't take the time to talk to her patients, she is very condescending and as a result I'm looking for another family doctor. Everything she has done up till now has been so unprofessional, I cant believe she is a doctor. read more

Along side the demeaning behaviour, the racial undertones and pushing meds that I did not ask for; Id say their lobby is nice after having to look around there for over an hour. An appointment that was made days before hand. The Lady Dr. Greywall should not be seen by anyone. read more

This is a great medical clinic. Dr. Mtambo is very caring and professional, and the supporting staff at Sullivan are wonderful. I cannot say enough positive things about the nurses, specifically Sandy. Sandy is efficient and kind and caring and made us feel so well taken care of. She is very knowledgeable and empathetic, and just a fabulous woman! read more

I've been to this place many times. Usually have to wait a little while if my appointment is after 10am. Their docs are nice. But their referral system needs some work. I asked my doc to give me a referral to a specialist i've seen before in early August. And they never called me to tell me if they have gotten my appointment. I called twice to the clinic to follow up on my referral a few weeks later. Both time I was told that referral has been sent to the specialist but they haven't hear back from them. Finally I emailed my specialist's secretary to ask if they have received my referral. They said they have arranged an appointment for me the same day they received the referral back in August. And thank god i haven't miss the appointment yet. But still the medical clinic never get back to me regarding my referral appointment. If i haven't checked with my doc's secretary, i could easily miss it and have to wait for another month or so. read more
