Not only did he give a quote far less than other competitors for a clutch replacement/repair, but he took the time over the phone to give a possible diagnosis, guiding me what to look for under the hood. Turns out, there was just too much air in the clutch/brake fluid and I needed to top it off and pump the air out. His free advice saved me from having to pay for extra nights at the motel (since it was a Saturday and most work couldn't be done until Monday or Tuesday), towing service, and unnecessary repairs or inspections.
