Charles towed a 2004 high top conversion van out of a field from on top of a mountain without putting a scratch anywhere!!! The power steering pump went out! He had me back on the road within 2 days!! Samantha kept in contact with updates and I couldn't be happier! They even fixed me up with new LED headlights!!! It is definitely NOT a mountain vehicle, but made a great camper! I will rethink that decision in the future!! But if I ever need a tow or service Wrenchworks will be my forever go to!! When I managed to get my Subaru stuck in a ditch (really stuck - 45 degrees in the air) on Friday night of Labor Day weekend, Mr. White and his team came to the rescue at 10:00 PM and towed me out with barely a scratch on the car. He was prompt, professional and kind, and even offered to reattach the trim pieces which had been knocked off if I brought the car by the shop later in the weekend. 10:30p on a rainy Friday night, 12 hours before we have to vacate our mountain rental and drive 7 hours back home, the minivan won't start and it's stuck in reverse. 2 folks from WrenchWorks came out to us up a treacherous road (especially for a long bed tow truck) diagnosed the problem, went back for parts, opened up the dashboard, and fixed the problem in the driveway, all in the dark with a small flashlight! My wife and I were on our anniversary here in Boone, out taking a hike and our car wouldn't start up. Finally managed to get it to somehow and started driving around town looking for anywhere that could help, but it was already past 6 on a Sunday and basically everywhere was closed. We ended up finding Wrenchworks and managed to park in the gas station lot across the way. Gave the owner a call, but he told me they were closed today (evidently he was sick). I told him about our issue, and he talked me through it on the phone. While on the call, it appeared that the car would be able to start back up again, so I said we'd be fine to wait until tomorrow. After we concluded though, it wouldn't start back up no matter what I did. Our check-out time the next day was at 11 AM and we had basically no good options, so we were preparing to spend the night in the gas station lot. I gave the owner another call to ask what time they opened and chatted a bit about our current situation. After a bit, they were able to open up for us, take a look at our car, and quickly fixed the issue for us. I can't tell you how appreciative I was, especially for them being closed and feeling under the weather. We are staying at an airbnb on a mountaintop. I got our suv stuck in the snow on Christmas Eve. Every other towing company laughed and said absolutely not. Charles came as quick as he could, busy with all the work the other guys refused, he was exceptionally kind and did not even over charge for the situation. I can not recommend him enough.
