This was the first job I worked with Oscar on...and in summary I was super happy. Clearly very talented guys doing this work. The retaining wall replaced a failing stone wall, and they also re-poured the steps to the front of the house. Overall a great job, on-time and at budget. 2016: Second Job, different location. Demo'd and re-poured a few hundred feet of walkway. Job was perfect. 2018: Third job, third location: Demo'd and re-poured a floor in a basement. FANTASTIC job. Wasn't sure how they were going to do it but it turned out great and I am super happy . They also poured a walkway as well. Next: Already contact Oscar and team about a paver patio!

But when complete, the finished turned out really bad, major water spots everywhere and the finish looks like a bad case of face scarred acne with a horizontal crack running the middlte of it. I will most likely have to have it replaced, also I had oscar come over several times to look at it, but they never offer to fix it or recoat it. $8500 for really nothing. I wish they would have just come over after the pour and not have left me to handel it ,since I'm recovering from a broken back ( car accident). "I should have done my reserach better"! Me being a master carpenter and lic (GEN Contractor) my self, I never seen work like this. Too fkin bad! 8500k is a lot of mony to waste!!!! we just wanted a nice driveway!

Robin Everhart our designer, Ryan Travalini our project manager, Ben and his crew all executed what we wanted, turned our space from mixed of concrete, dirt and mulch into whole area paved and designed into what we dreamed of. They also accommodated some changes along the way without any issues. On the very first day, Robin designed our backyard per our vision, listened to what we wanted and took our budget into account. He was very nice and was able to revise the design multiple times to what works for us functionally and aesthetically. Ben and his crew was amazing and cleaned up thoroughly each day. Ryan our project manager was present everyday to ensure the team had what they needed and anything we wanted was addressed. He was easily reached and pleasant to interact with, checking in with us every step of the way through text and call. It has been about 2 months when our outdoor space was done and to this day, he's very responsive to our text for questions and made sure we are 100% satisfied with our pavers. And that is what we call great customer service. We love our yard. It looks absolutely stunning. We couldn't be happier.

He was the first to respond via Yelp and by phone call. His messages were very thorough and more importantly for us, he was available the next day to complete the job. We had two large console TVs, two wooden desks, heavy encyclopedias & year books galore, and just plain ol junk junk junk!! We were up to our wits end after one full day of sorting and cleaning. The builders did a beautiful job and their attention to detail was great. As a small example, I love how they cut the hogwire on the stair's railing to remain parallel with the rest of the deck. I've seen other builders who angle the wire with the stairs which ends up looking weird. They provided great input along the way, both practical and aesthetic which helped us with specific design outcomes. They even demolished and filled an old water pit which was a hazard for our kids and also affecting water runoff. Santos was prompt and communicative and he gave us the confidence to move forward.
