Great experience with David. He took care if what we discussed and also removed weeds in the walk way to the backyard. I would recommend Davids service. He also had the best price compared to others.

After work was done

Quick response. Hard working. Placed rocks along the borders of my backyard. Finished in one day.

Interacting with David was a complete waste of time. He is unprofessional and clearly doesn't think honesty is important. I connected with David on Thursday. First we communicated here in the Yelp app and then we spoke by phone. We discussed the work that needed to be done, agreed on a price, and he was scheduled to arrive on Sunday morning around 8:30am. In our text messages, I asked if his business was insured. He said it was, so I provided my email address and asked that he share a copy of his certificate of insurance. He said he would send it and call on Saturday to confirm the clean up appointment. He never called on Saturday. He never emailed me the insurance certificate. On Sunday at 8:30am, he did not show up. Close to 8:45a, I called to ask if he was still coming. No answer. At 9:47am, I received this voicemail: "I'm sorry I didn't call you yesterday to confirm our appointment for today. My insurance expired on Friday. I was trying to work it out with another company to get my insurance and liability for my business. So I'm really sorry if you get this message. You can call me back. Thank you very much, and have a nice Sunday." So, David must have known about his insurance situation when we talked on Thursday, which means he was knowingly dishonest with me. Even if what he said was true, which I don't believe it is, he could have told me on Friday so I could make other arrangements to get the work done. He also could have called me at any point on Saturday or even Sunday morning, but he chose to do neither. Cleaning the yard was a surprise gift for my husband, but the gift was ruined because David chose to be dishonest. Take your business and your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Appreciated the work done along my side yard. I requested a French drain along an inside corner that pooled water during the winter and connected to one of the drain spouts. So this was the time to do it. Over a number of bids, this was a good value for work done.

With all the recent rain, my house was surrounded by weeds and overgrown grass. I found David, here, on Yelp. I called about getting a quote, and he arrived later that day. After explaining what I wanted done, he suggested a fair price. We scheduled a date and time, and he arrived promptly. It took him only one day, to fix everything. He did a good and thorough job. I've attached photos, to illustrate. I'll definitely hire him again, next time.

Retaining wall plants

David installed plants/mulch/drip system into our retaining wall and fixed an issue with our sprinkler system. All was done well!! We payed out of pocket for the plants and sprinkler solenoid valve, then paid him for labor and any other things he needed to complete the job. Quote was reasonable. He was always very responsive to texting. Only thing keeping us from rating 5 stars was that he worked a seemingly random schedule and we needed him to come back to fix the way he installed a few tree stake bands (they were splitting our trees apart). Final product is great!

After Pergola installed

We were having our home painted and wanted a Pergola built over the garage door. I read all of David's reviews from Yelp and decided to give him a call. He arrived promptly to see what I had in mind. After explaining exactly what my vision was, he said I can do that and gave me an estimate. David came back on a Saturday and completed the project in one day. I couldn't have been happier with the end result; I would defiantly recommend his services and will be using him in the future!

David identified a valve leak that was the root cause of the leaky sprinkler heads. He is kind and courteous, and readily available to come and fix our sprinkler system.

Very happy with choosing David's landscaping he did an amazing job very friendly and also keeps his word and very responsive I will definitely be hiring him again soon

Pergola After

I needed a few things done in the yard. A pergola needed restoring, a shaky fence, and weeds throughout the front and back yard. I emailed several landscapers via Yelp, and David responded right away. When I met him, he was very polite and personable and promised to get back to me with an estimate. His quote was very reasonable, so I hired him. Everything about David's work ethic impressed me, but what stood out was his patience in making sure we were always on the same page. If there were decisions to be made about materials, styles, or colors, we discussed it thoroughly. If the choice did not work out, he had no problem changing it. He always said he wanted the customer to be happy. David was also a considerate person. He cleaned his work area daily and helped me with small garden tasks. I would definitely recommend David.

Very responsive and worked extremely hard. We had several overgrown trees and bushes trimmed back. He also edged and mowed our lawn.

The biggest obstacle being watering the grass by hand because our sprinkler system was broken when we moved in.

My old gate was sagging badly, so I reached out to them for a quote on a new wood gate with a metal…read moreframe. The guy came out exactly as promised to take a look and give me an estimate. After comparing their price with a few other companies, they were definitely the most reasonable option. They had the whole project finished within two weeks. They honestly could have completed it even faster, but I had a lot of other yard work going on at the same time and didn't want them to rush it, which they were perfectly accommodating of. The new gate is finished beautifully, and given the quality of the work, I fully expect this one to last a very long time. Highly recommend!

Update: found someone else who was able to fix everything without moving the posts at all. Insanity…read morethat I was going to let these guys swap out my aluminum posts for iron posts that wouldn't even match my gate. So I ask again, what are these guys experts at? Initial experience was bad. Sales guy came, was short with me, seems uninterested. Promised to give a quote. Waited 4 days. Didn't get a reply. I wrote a bad review and moved on. Owner contacted me asking me to remove the review and he can help me out with my gate job. I needed someone to help fix a botched gate install job so agreed. The job was to remove two existing posts and replace it with new steel posts. The price quoted for TWO posts were not cheap. He seems to think he's doing me favor for labor only but it was not cheap. It cost the same amount as the full job by the other company for the full install. I'm OK with it because at that point I wanted a job to be done by someone who knows how to do the work. Of course, I found out the reason they're expensive because they SUBCONTRACT to another company that specializes in gates. Are they the expert or is the subcontractor the expert? Nevertheless, I waited a week and a half for the scheduled date. The night before, he text me and ask if I have two steel posts that they need. They quoted me a very high amount to fix two posts but does not provide the materials for the fix. These guys are supposed to be experts in STEEL gates but do not have the materials for STEEL. So what are they experts in? Subcontracting? Reselling gate install service? What irritates me is that he sprung this on me at the last moment the day before. Our conversation was that the quoted price includes labor and materials to fix except for the extra materials that are needed that are ALUMINUM which I purchased. The fact that he asked me to provide STEEL materials at the last possible moment was maybe because (a) he misquoted me or (b) the subcontractors wanted more money to do the work. In any case, I cancelled the job. I cannot trust a company that bait and switch. If you misquote, then you own the difference, not spring it on your customer at the last moment.
