That is not only careless it's unsafe and completely unacceptable for any professional automotive service provider. When I brought this to their attention, they initially agreed to pay for the proper repair. However, when it was time to take responsibility, they refused to follow through. To make matters worse, my interaction with the shop manager, Cee, was beyond unprofessional. She was hostile, raised her voice, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner over the phone. No customer should ever be treated like that especially when the issue was caused by their own poor workmanship. I had no choice but to take my vehicle to Honda to have the repair done correctly! This experience shows a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service. I strongly caution anyone considering this location what seems like a simple service could turn into a costly and frustrating situation.

I told them I needed an oil and filter change and to grease the fittings only, they still tried selling me and everyone else, many other services. They even compare their prices to big box stores. I went there for the convenience of a drive thru but learned that I'm better off doing it myself at home and without the stress of 3 employees trying to sell me some garbage. The vehicle went through the car was where the truck bed side step was torn off odd the vehicle and the truck received a 5 in scratch near the drivers side tail light. They reviewed the tape and are stating they are no liable when it was plainly clear that the scratch was not there prior. The side step had a small crack so their answer was previous damage caused the issue and they are again not liable. I was asked to leave the premises they would not give me a way to contact the owner and asked me to call after I had left. I get home with the vehicle and calmed down a bit and notice there is a piece missing from the gauge cover that was laying on the floor. There was nothing wrong at all with the gauge cover prior to their detailing. I will be steering clear of Don's for any and all services from here on out. And suggest that everyone else do the same.

In direct sunlight the front windshield is hazy and streaked also! I lifted the tailgate and the inside area was still dirty. I am a Don's member but the Ryan Street location is a definite DO NOT go. I pulled in and was helped by Chris and his team right away! Worried about what the damage would be Chris and his friendly team eased our worries. The 3 men in the bay were super efficient, knowledgeable, informative and honest in their work. Meanwhile inside, my boyfriend and I got the pleasure of meeting and talking to Chris. Chris was beyond kind and such a joy to talk to. Our time there waiting for my car to get an oil change flew by with being in the midst of great company. His team (& I wish I got all of their names) was super efficient and got us back on the road in no time. I have never had better service and I even enjoyed getting my oil changed.
