As soon as this is done, I will take my clothes to his recommended dry cleaners. Be aware that the hours here say they are open on Sunday. This is incorrect. The website doesn't have the latest updated schedule. Your best bet is to always call ahead of time if you are under a time crunch. In my case, I was called Friday and was told my clothes are ready. Unfortunately, I'm not anywhere near that area so I'm going to have to pick it up on Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. Planning ahead works for me, but many people wait until the last minute and alterations are one of those things you need time for. Other places may accommodate you, but I'm sure you won't get the same quality. Actually I just realized that this was sitting in my drafts waiting for me to finish my overdue evaluation. The clothes were done very well and they are still looking good. One pair of pants that are my favorite now look very well on me. I use them a lot. Can't find any faults with their alterations. I definitely will use them again even though they are pricey. You get what you pay for here no doubt about it. I've read the reviews about this establishment and all the negative comments are from people who don't understand work, quality, speed, & cost.

I wear these pants with different shoes i need them where i ask. Recently, i went for some pants to be tailored and cover the heel, i saw her pin them to cover the heel but got the jean jumpsuit back and they are high-waters when worn with the heels i had them tailored to. she only accepts cash, which is quite inconvenient and after this last instance where she wouldn't give me my clothes unless i paid for then all at once. I won't be back. If I want to pay for 2 of the 3 pants i and hemmed, why can I not if I have the money. She wanted to hold them hostage unless I paid for them all. If I had all the CASH to pay for them all, I would've. After one or two visits, her service and kindness leaves. I think my main problem is that you should listen to the customer. I was raised by a mother of Asian descent and completely understand the foreign language and cultural barriers. My mother was also a seamstress. So, when this woman was rude to me when I called, I gave her the benefit of doubt. When I entered her shop with a smile and polite greeting and experienced more rudeness, I bit my tongue. But, when I was completely dismissed and told she would not alter my dress, I reached my limit.
