We received a referral for speech therapy for our son back in September 2020, we contacted this…read moreoffice and they had us fill out initial paperwork and we're told someone would contact us soon. A couple weeks went by, we called to check in, no updates, someone would call us back soon. We kept this up for a little while, eventually they told us that it would be after Christmas. We heard good things about this place, so we extended our referral as it was soon to expire. After the New Year, we called again, two of their therapists we out on maternity leave, but they were expecting additional help soon, so it would now be February. Ok. Mid-February we called and left messages, no one ever calls us back, this happened several times. Here it is March is almost done and I finally get a hold of someone. They hope to be able to see our son by the summer. Done with this place. They have shown over time that they have poor customer (patient) service and only care about the money, otherwise they should have made it clear a long time ago that they didn't have the capacity to see our son. Stop dragging people along! Maternity leave happens, take hard look at your sustainability and if you truly care about patients, direct them elsewhere so they can receive the treatment they need. Have the basic decency to return a phone call in a reasonable amount of time, not weeks later if at all. Only two or three times did we leave a message and someone contacted us within a business day. I hear their actual services are good... if you can be seen, we'll never know.
