Walking in and filling out paperwork was very easy, only took me about 3 minutes. Dr. Runkel brings you into his office and asks questions first, feels for your tender spots in the spine confirms that they are bothersome or not. He uses equipment to measure your spine, wants you to relax on a roll table (The best table on this earth if you have not tried one) Then lastly he brings you back into his office and adjusts you by hand. Before my appointment I had covid/pneumonia 1.5 months ago and during my sickness I was very weak barely got up for 3 weeks, lost weight (mostly muscle mass) With that being said, my left foot was numb/tingly for 4-5 weeks after I recovered. I thought it was just my body coming back to normal. I also felt that since my left foot/lower leg was numb I was favoring my right side & my right lower lumbar/sacrum area started having a sharp stabbing pain if i moved too fast or in a specific direction. I finally came to my senses and realized this problem wasn't going away on its own. Like I said earlier I called on a Wednesday and got an appointment that next morning. I highly recommend this office, Dr. Runkel is really good at his work I'm actually coming back for a walk in next Tuesday, and most likely will until my husband and I leave. The dynamic between Dr. and Mrs. Runkel is heartwarming, they almost make you feel at home when visiting their office. His adjustments are different than any other chiropractor, I've felt relief ALL day long and I am pretty positive I will have a great nights sleep tonight.

I couldn't find an appointment with the base chiro, so I booked with Hollowell Clinic. Wow. Not only did I find out all of the issues I was having, but I had an adjustment and therapy for a flat rate for military. It has been three weeks, and I've received a few treatments, and I feel better already! I am confident in the staff and in the facility and they treat me very well and are extremely fair-priced. Even after my therapy requirement is over, I will still be coming in periodically for massages/adjustments. They're great!

They never called to check in on the patient and wouldn't even make an emergency appointment to see the child, even with south Central mental health releasing the child under the understanding they would see her the following day. They said the soonest would be 4 days after this incident. It is extremely disappointing that someone in this field would leave a child whom had harmed themselves on medication they prescribed without even a call back. If you value your mental health or the life of a loved one I do not recommend this facility.

I needed a new Dr. in the area and saw him advertising on billboards in town (I should have recognized the signs from that alone). I booked a visit and went in to see him. I told him I was private pay and uninsured. My first visit he was very quick and send to be reading a questionnaire from webmd and was firing of questions at me. Be briefly asked me about my blood glucose numbers, asked if I could afford his special blood work pricing and ordered me up some glucose and cholesterol. He upped my metformin and lisinopril dosages and left the room with out even addressing my shoulder problem. This was June 24th 2012. The visit and blood work cost me $210 out of pocket. I had a follow up visit a month later in July. I had lost 9 lbs and made significant progress on my blood glucose. When the dr came in, he asked my about my numbers, I handed him my iPhone log and he scrolled though them. I tried to explain that the "out of Bed" entries were the fasting. He said it is not where he likes it and would like to put me on lantis (insulin). I reminded him I was private pay. He said it wasn't that expensive, and the cheaper medicine would require too much monitoring for me. I also asked him to adress my shoulder and he grabbed it, pushed it behind my head and asked if it hurt. The grimace on my face wasn't enough I guess. He said he would have to refer me and I would need an MRI were $500+ and told me I probably couldn't afford it. In this visit he also prescribed me Prozac for my mood/anxiety. The "not too expensive" lantis was $150 a month, so I did not have it filled. I picked up the pace on my diet and exercise routine and was able to get my fasting glucose numbers down to normal range with the metformin, diet and exercise. A few days before my 3rd monthly visit, I called to reschedule my appointment because I literally did not have the money due to having to buy back to school supplies for my kids. I figured that he would understand the situation and have no problem prescribing me my 3 NON-NARCOTIC medications and see me next month for a follow up. I was wrong. Not only was the lady in the office rude to me when I called she said he wouldn't do it with out asking him. After a little coaxing she said she would talk to him and call me back. I gave her my normal glucose and blood pressure numbers so she could tell him. I never got a call back. I called back the following day and was passed around to 3 different people before being told he WOULD not refill my prescriptions without a visit. I re-explained that I LITERALLY could not pay for the visit and asked pleadingly if he could do it for this month and she flat out said no. She was being very rude and was trying to get of the phone with me. I again said please and also reminded her that it would be extremely unsafe for me to stop all of these med abruptly. She just replied YOU NEED A VISIT. I had a weird feeling about this guy on the first visit. I should have followed my gut. I apologize for such a long review. I am now attempting to ween my self off of 3 medications with the few I have remaining. If you are looking for an Enterprise Dr., please take head to my story.
