The chef personally came out to our table to ask thoughtful questions, understand her allergies better, and make sure she felt safe and comfortable eating there. You'll get 10% of a forced smile upon walking up to the counter, and the Gen Z stare. & today when I went for dinner with my husband, the girl at the counter read our order back to us in the lowest volume she could muster, I had to turn my ear toward her to try to hear better and even then I could barely hear her. And this isn't the first time I've had a subpar experience similar to this with the front counter person. You'll notice a couple other reviews on here also commenting on the subpar service recently. Hire better or train better, Nancy's management.
