They have a vibrant program for MC and a slew of mature volunteers who keep the residents engaged. What I like: the food is delicious and it is bright and airy. The rooms have built in storage....so much I didn't have to even bring a dresser if I didn't want to. The bathroom has ample storage too. The deep cleaning occurs weekly and is done so well-even the corners are reached. The Executive Director is approachable and responsive. The staff are helpful and responsive too. I can access staff quickly and directly via phone. Cameras (no audio) are allowed and that has given me peace of mind to see my mom's routines and her interactions with the staff. I am pleased that TS wants so much transparency. The questions I have had are answered quickly and a win/win appears to be the goal. I have had experience with 3 different facilities and this is head and shoulders above the other 2. I highly recommend Trinity Springs. btw, a friend moved his wife in and he is/was very happy with the facility and the staff. When she passed, he invited her caregivers to her service. It is a nice place. The sales lady has been with TS since it opened about 6 years ago. No pressure and quick to answer or get answers to my questions.

It has been a journey dealing with Alzheimer's, but having the staff at Mission Oaks by my side has made this difficult time easier to deal with. I've learned so much from them and adjusted as we go along. The food is great! The Activities are wonderful and the activities personnel, Danielle and Nora are beyond great! Their trips on the bus are especially meaningful now that Mom can't walk on her own. It's so wonderful for her to get out and see horses, the countryside and to go out to lunch once a week. She runs that place like a boss. Ginny is a shining light, no lie. She brightens every room when she is in it and always makes the time to hug my mom to ensure she knows everyone cares. Brenda, the head nurse was very good about coming to me when she felt there needed to be some changes in my mom's daily living. When I made a transition for my mom everyone helped my mom and I make that transition seamlessly and comfortably. They took the time to let me work through my feelings because as we all know, this is a difficult time in a childs life. The chef makes the greatest food. Also, believe or not, the presentation on the food is so great. I don't care how old you are, you want your food to look good. Bonnie, the activities director is so good about motivating the residents to do activities. She is so much fun and makes them feel a part of that fun. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for a home for your loved one, visit this community, you will feel the close-knit community feel and their love for the residents. All three of these employees went out of their way to help my father and our family during our residency. Mark and Charlene were complete advocates for my father, which we appreciate. Angie helped us throw together furniture quickly because we had a time restraint and needed some help. The facility is clean and safe. The Memory Care side is safe. Staff interacts with residents and ensures they eat and receive their medication. My father came from another facility in The Villages and the comparison is truly night and day. Of course, hindsight is 20/20 but I truly wish we had started our Memory Care journey at HarborChase. Not one moment passed where our father did not feel like a member of their family. The management here has been so gracious in every way towards us, plus it gives the residents of GL an opportunity to enjoy the music of the Big Band era. In the past several months, we have had a few friends become residences at Grand Living and it's certainly the place I will plan to go when it's my time to relax and enjoy the later Golden Years.
