    Customer service. I was unhappy with my prescription and…read moremy frames. The flap on their envelope says: "100-DAY GUARANTEE". "Changed Mind? Change Glasses. If By Day 100, You're Not 100% In Love With Your New Glasses, We'll Exchange Them. Guaranteed." However, when i went back to do just that, the store Manager, AND the doctor was unhappy with me & expressed it in their negative third-degree attitudes towards me! THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO THE MAX! Even when i called the next day & left a message to speak to the manager, she did NOT return my call!

After having my surgery; I was told to go back to make sure everything was ok. Made my appointment and went in , now it was just opening, and I walk in , I was greeted with a loud " CAN I HELP YOU" ! And really didn't think she was taking to me because she wasn't even looking at me. I told her why I was there and she took my information, so as I sit there waiting; I had to listen to the employees complaining about how there not going to change how they do things and there going to do what they wanted and there just kept on how they're not being respected and said to me oh I'm sorry; well why you sorry if you believed what your saying if you knew it was was right. Anyway had one of them checked the pressure on my eye and told me to wait; dr isn't there. So waiting and there still complaining, the dr comes in and he can't log into his iPad so waited more. I'm like omg. He comes to me and says I can't log in so you're going to have to wait. I knew it was going to be a long time so as I was walking out the door ; I said I'd just come back another day. Went back a week or 2 and the same front desk person but different other 2. In a mean voice but not loud says same thing as before what can I help you with, probably not as loud because other people were there. I told her what happened and she said just a minute and help 2 other, then came back to me said they had to work me in as a walk in. Well that's not right because it wasn't my fault; said it was going to be at least two hours. I said no thanks ; that I'd find another dr. Good luck if you go there . I will never go back I would give it no stars and I can see I'm not the only person they've done this to so we should not have to email customer service

    I want to start by recognizing the excellent service I've consistently received in the photo…read moredepartment. Susana is always patient, kind, and professional. She greets customers with a smile and has been incredibly helpful with my posters, invitations, and photo projects. Her dedication and positive attitude are truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of the shift leads, Dee, was very disappointing. Back in February, I had an issue with some photo prints and simply asked if they could be resent so I could make a correction. Instead of helping, she was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. Her attitude made the situation unnecessarily stressful and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.i didn't get the help I needed she walks into the office and rolls out a stroller with a baby in it! (When did Walgreens become a daycare center)and had a smirk on her face While I value the great employees like Susana who go above and beyond, experiences like this reflect poorly on the store. Walgreens should make sure all employees, especially those in leadership roles, treat customers with professionalism and respect.

    I would leave a zero star if possible. I have never been treated so bad at a pharmacy. After…read morewaiting in the drive thur for 30 minutes they tell me my insurance is not going through. After they explain this to me I asked them what the prescriptions will cost as a cash pay. They tell me, I tell them to fill them not caring because my son needs them. They tell me they haven't started filling them because the insurance issue and proceed to tell me I have to go to the back of the line or go in. After asking how long it will be I tell them to just fill them and move forward to go park and go in. After waiting they have lost my insurance card telling me it's my fault because they put them in the box (never opening the box for me to take if they actually did) and I drove off and didn't get them. After calling them back they say they viewed the camera and the girl put them in the box, so it's my fault. So someone out in Hopkinsville has my sons insurance card which is a major violation of the HIPAA ACT/Policy. How can it be my fault when they didn't give me the option to get them or even tell me they put them in there? Also the tech and pharmacist were total disrespectful chewing me out and accusing me of their fault. I would not recommend anyone to go here for anything unless you want to be treated like trash for them making mistakes and your personal information exposed to any and everyone. Unfortunately my child will have to wait next time until our pharmacy is open! By the way they weren't entering the correct information which is why it was being rejected!
