Disappointingly, though, the clinic advised me that Abraham Hum does not take AHS patients. While I respect that he may have some valid reasons behind this decision (I.e. bureaucracy is not fun), I also think it is elitism and discriminatory. Dealing with AHS is no more fun for those of us who do not have access to other options. Cherry picking your clients and refusing to treat the more marginalized parts of a population is an attitude I don't think should be tolerated in the medical world. I also won't support a business who allows their staff to operate in such unethical, unjust ways.

Janet is very knowledgeable and stays current with the latest research into post-concussion syndrome. She explained things very clearly and always showed tremendous insight into the debilitating and miserable effects of a concussion. I believe I have recovered more quickly with Janet's help than I would have if I had just waited for nature to do the job. I've been warned by doctors that some concussion symptoms may never go away, but I feel equipped to deal with that because of Janet's tutelage. Lifemark is an excellent physiotherapy centre. It went a little crazy and somehow got turned up really high. It really freaked me out because it hurt. From then on, my therapist massaged me herself - no more machines - which I really appreciated. Injury is not fun…read more.. My unfortunate ailment is my knee and I love my knee, it helps me do so many things. My first time coming to the office I had a hard time finding it because there is no big sign, so I called and the kind lady on the phone directed me to the location. It's just around the corner from subway and beside the medical office. Found it! Very nice cosy interior with all the necessary equipment for all your rehabilitation needs. Chris the physiotherapist was very thorough and helped find the exact problem with my knee. We went through different exercises to help strengthen and mobilize the affected area. Front staff and physio assistants are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming in for any type of rehab!
