The business was incredibly responsive and very flexible to my sisters many date changes. My poor nephew had a fever the whole week before his birthday, but luckily he broke it and we were able to reschedule for the following day. I think we must've given four schedule changes ay yi yi. But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it.
