I have to give all my information again and was told they would not get to it today since the technician is out. No problem...I was told to leave it out front and that it would stay there for 5 minutes as they would move it to a more secure location. I left and came back two hours later. My ski is in the same location. I hooked it up to my truck and as I'm leaving I call the service advisor Bryce to let him know that I am canceling my appointment and taking my jet ski. His response is ok. I told him I'm taking this ski and no one even stopped to asked me what the hell am I doing. Bryce never comes out of the building.

I have been getting my bikes repaired there for yrs, and they have always helpful. Service dept, very professional. Called dealer and service said they couldn't do anything as they were closing in 30 minutes and did nothing to help . I had to rent U-Haul with flat bed trailer and tow home (1000 miles) and from Saturday to Thursday have not heard from dealer. They are a Honda PowerSports dealer , I don't trust and for anyone elastic good luck going there .
