I went in for the scalp treatment, and it was wonderful. I would totally do it again. I came out of there so relaxed and everybody complemented how good my hair smelled. I even washed it a few days later and I could still smell the product she put in my hair and people were still complementing me. I even noticed a difference in my hair it wasn't as frizzy and it was softer. It's very nice inside and it's just one person at a time so you get a very private experience you feel like the spa is just for you which it is because she is just seeing you going back. I just came back from my Ultimate Head Spa Experience package. It was two hours of pure BLISS!! I have had numerous facials and massages in my life and can honestly say that this was by far the best experience! I had seen head spa videos on Tik Tok and other social media so I couldn't wait to experience one for the first time. SumMerz Head Spa did not disappoint. Let me start with Merzceena. She welcomed me with a warm smile and was extremely knowledgeable. The place was very inviting and smelled amazing. LOVE that the appointment is a private one on one experience. She explained everything that she was going to do. She showed me my scalp before she began which was pretty cool. My scalp was healthy already but I expressed my concerns about hair loss due to menopause. She went into great detail about what I can do to help that and how a head spa can actually encourage new growth. She then dimmed the lights and the next two hours, I was in HEAVEN! The oils and scents that are used take you to another place. The facial and massage from scalp to neck to shoulders relieved any tension that I was carrying. The water and oil running through my scalp as she brushed and massaged it through was a perfect blend of warm then cold then warm again. Had scheduled an appointment more than a month in advance for my wife's birthday who was excited for the treatment, only for them to give her appointment to someone else the day of and now they have to reschedule. We never received a call to confirm the appointment, and we did not call or text to reschedule or cancel the appointment, so how can you just give it away? She took off work for the appointment. I did the PRP facial (aka vampire facial), and the results were amazing! The texture of my skin is way better! It even got rid of my acne scars and uneven skin tone! It was very affordable when compared to any other spa I've seen. And with the quality of the work, Summerz could definitely charge more. The place is beautiful inside!
