When I called and wanted the explanation of a charge that was not estimated. I was sent to the billing department. Where the lady kept talking down to me, without listening to me. We had a seven minute conversation and she started to accuse me of yelling at her which I told her I was not doing. She then placed me on a 4 minute hold. When she came back she said that the doctor was not in she talked to his Son. Who said that when I come in for my next appointment I should discuss it with The doctor. (No resolution) If this is a portion the insurance did not pay. It should be labeled that way. Not as an additional line item labeled something else.

What they probably do is make you make payments before the work is started. Staff turns over quickly. Casey at the front desk is a snot! This Doctor is to worried about lining his pocket book rather than patient care. He is inpersonable. He doesnt address you during a visit. He only talks to the hygienist. He rushes the process to get to the next patient. Everytime ive seen him, he is running between rooms taking care of several patients at the same time. They make an appointment with you for a specific procedure, bills the insurance and the procedure was never even done. This is theft and insurance fraud. He wears a mask but you can smell his stinky breath through the mask. Dont think he has ever heard of a tic tac. I arrive on time and have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to see anyone after my appt time already started. Than they threaten to release you from care if you call the day of and tell them that your son was hit by a drunk driver, got a broken collar bone and I was in the er with him all night. Casey addresses this by saying, "Tom said that hes losing money when someone cancels in an energency" How heartless and selfish can one man be???? Well, he is. My child comes before your pocket book sir andyour office is the one that calls me to cancel because you are over booked. Also they rather me come in with COVID than miss a appointment and put everyone's saftey aside just to line his pocket book. Dont go to Maui for 2 weeks if you cant afford that style. I will be contacting my insurance and filing a complaint against him for fraudulently charging the insurance for services he never did. When you come in sedated from the medication he prescribed before a procedure, he has his staff come to you with a tablet to sign off on costs, than before you leave they ask for the full payment (they say its in what u sign) Clearly illegal and predatory practices. Someone under the influence of a sedative that you prescribe sir is in no condition to be signing medical forms or agreeing to a cost. This man should get his license taken away. I had perfect teeth before seeing him. His filings dont last 2 years. Ppl follow your insurance. Most procedures for filing are covered for 24 months. What they do is when a person changes a job or their current job changes dental insuran e companies, they try to bill them. Trish was notorious for trying to do this, but finally I caught on. Once I brought it to Brooks attention who does the billing, the office ladies have all been snots and Tom could care less what his staff does as long as the golden lining is around that pocket book! If you want your crowns to last at least 10 years and filings for more than a year, stay clear from this dental office!!!! They are crooks. There are plenty of dental providers out there that'll accept your insurance. Just because they have a piano in the waiting room doesnt mean anything. Been the same old furniture and decor for over a decade!!!!! $10's of thousands of dollars later because of his poor work I ended up losing 4 teeth. He puts crowns on teeth that cant support the crown therefore it gets decay and falls off. Just a lawsuit waiting to happen. Sir, its time to go back to dental school or retire!!!!! I've only been there twice, but each time I have been beyond satisfied and happy with the service I receive. I have always been very anxious when I go to the dentist, regardless of which doctor I see, and Dr. Bitner and his staff always are very reassuring and comforting throughout my appointment. They consistently make sure you are feeling well and that you are okay. During a cavity filling appointment I was having a very hard time staying calm during the first fill and they kept checking in to make sure I was okay, that I wasn't in pain, etc and between the first and second fill they numbed me for the bottom tooth and instead of rushing me like most places tend to do with patients, they let me take a break until I felt like I was ready to continue. They are a great office with great doctors and staff and I will definitely be returning and recommend them to anyone!

Little did I know the dentist would be cleaning my teeth and doing most of the work. This explains why I waited so long in the chair for my teeth to be cleaned. I went to Meridain Endodontics Periodontics and Implant in August and September of 2025. I was the…read moreendodontist on the first visit and he suggested either a root canal or an implant. He felt the root canal would have a 50/50 chance of success and the implant would be the best option . Unknowingly to me, i had to set up another appointment to see the periodontist in the same office. They couldn't be seen on the same day, The periodontist had a different opinion. The root canal would have a 10% success rate and the implant was the only way to go. Neither the endodontist or periodontist gave any insight as to what was involved with either procedure. That information was left up to the treatment coordinator who I would see on my third visit. After I left my third visit, I had further questions as many were left unanswered. i called and left several messages and also sent an email, asking if someone could call me, Finally after 5 days, I called again and sternly asked to talk to someone to answer my questions, which, finally then got answered. After 6 days the treatment coordinator finally returned my call. The communication with each other and the patient are poor at best. No records on the conversations I had with them were kept in my medical records. I requested my records and images they took of my tooth be sent to me. They person i talked to couldn't locate them and asked for some time to search for them. I never recieved a call back . After 2 days I called back and talked to someone else who found them right away but I was told they needed a release form filled out so i could get my records, which i was never told about. Once filled out they emailed me my records and part of my images. I had to make a fourth trip to their office to get my images on a CD. I was also told, they wouldn't send my new periodontist my records so i had to forward them.. Lastly, I am retired, on a limited incomeand my insurance doesn't cover this type of work on my teeth. They charged my $402.00 for the intial consultation, which was out of pocket. The offered no discounts and wouldn't refund a portion of their fee. I am sure this covered the office visit and x-rays, but in comparison to other who do this smae kind of work, their costs are excessive. If you would see their office, you know why they charge wat they do. I went to another periopontist and they charged me nothing for my original consultation. In this consultation, they talked to me about both options and, in the end, were alot less expensive for the same work.

I do not have the money for a crown so in the past I have had three molars pulled . This time they said it would cost $179 . As a side note I have never had a crown and have no idea what the process is . I said that sounds like a good price I'll do it . I came in and they did their thing and charged me $251 . I said I was surprised but I went ahead and paid it . Then I got a notice to come back in for my crown and it will cost another $600 . I did not sign up for 851 worth of work . Had they told me how much it would be total I would have had them pull that tooth like the others . They keep sending me a bill for $600 and I'm sure it will go to collections soon . They never even called to make a compromise . So here I sit with a temporary molar that will probably crack off soon . Also burned up my entire $1,000 of dental insurance for the year . Elite Dental never finish the job and did not offer a compromise . I will never ever go back there . I do love Avery the dental hygienist . She was wonderful and I will miss her
