I live in one of their apartments in Hudson, WI. Granted, it's not a complex, just 6 apartments…read moreabove some of the local stores, but I'd still expect them to take care of the units. There are 2 doors to get into the units, and one of them hasn't closed all the way since last year so anyone can enter. My lease runs out in 2 months, and I hadn't received any paperwork from them asking if I was going to renew, so I took it upon myself to call the lady I had saved in my phone who showed me the apartment and signed the lease with me, only to have her tell me she retired. Thanks for bringing that to the residents' attention...a simple flier saying who to contact would have been simple enough to do, if you ever even visited the apartments. Luckily, the retired lady had a different number for me, so I called only to get a voice mail. Then, instead of calling me back, they just send me an email saying it's in my lease agreement that I'm supposed to supply them with a written notice saying if I don't want to renew my lease...seems kind of shady... The apartments are nice enough, but there doesn't seem to be any care from the management. One of my neighbors constantly has her music blaring into the night, to the point where a different neighbor pounded on her door at 3 am trying to shut her up. Overall, not the best experience, and the apartments aren't nice enough/don't have enough amenities (no laundry, no dishwasher, no balcony...) for what I pay in rent to make me want to renew.
