I just got my taxes done last Saturday 2/9/2020 at VEAP in Bloomington. It was their first time doing them there and well I thought it was so organized overall. While I was waiting for my taxes to get locked over I met with a financial person who did a budget and looked over my credit report. It was very helpful for me to get this done while I was waiting. Really nice people who were there last week. I hope you come back again to VEAP as they are such nice peole there at the food pantry. read more

Worse place to get your taxes done. If you've had more than one job or an amendment,forget about it, it's far too complicated for these volunteers to handle. Their way to deal with situations like this is to schedule you another appointment at another branch where upon those representatives won't be able to handle your requests either. read more

The wait time was ridiculous. But, it was free and they did a great job. The supervisor even found me additional credits for having a child. I've used them for two years now and I'd definitely go back if I qualify. Great program! read more
