Once again they came through like champs! Wait time just did not even happen as we were waited on immediately. In a very few minutes the staff confirmed our insurance coverage, while we looked over potential frames. Prices both before and after insurance were very competitive, and selection was amazing. Their projected time until final delivery was also very reasonable. Exam appointments are available on site, and at convenient times and rates. That all said, their Vision Care service was outstanding and rivaled that of their competitors. And since this location is easier to get to than others, they are now our go-to spot for glasses!

I was a patient for over 12 years, but I am probably not going to be anymore. Let me disclose somethings that they do NOT disclose until you are already done: 1. If you bring in an outside pair of glasses, because you don't like what they have in stock - they will charge you at least $20 - even if they are filling the script and you are their patient. You brought in a pair of glasses that was not purchased through their store. 2. If you get cataract surgery, and you later need a pair of readers, they sold my father an (81 year old man) readers that cost over $700 which could have been purchased OTC for less than $50. 3. Also, if you wear contacts - they will charge you $85 - not covered by most insurance. Doesn't matter that your prescription hasn't changed, they just want the additional $85 - as "there are materials involved," so I was told. I don't recall anything different from any other eye exam. It ended with, "we have to renew your prescription." So there it is - $85 to renew prescriptions.

They numbed my eyes, did the laser procedure, and in about five minutes, they told me to sit up--and I could actually see the clock clearly for the first time. My eyes improved so much after that first surgery, but because my prescription was so strong, we did a quick enhancement yesterday. Now I'm seeing 20/15! It's perfect. The second procedure was simple, painless, and such a breeze. Everyone here is incredibly kind, polite, and professional. The whole experience has been amazing from start to finish. They even offer CareCredit, which allowed me to pay with zero interest--just $165 a month for two years--and it's paid off. The best part? If you ever need a touch-up, they'll do it free of charge.
