It turns out our pump had burned up, because it was at the top of the hill pulling water instead of at the bottom of the hill pushing the water up, like it should have been. Sheldon came out, and told us what the problem was. We needed to move the pump and pressure tank to closer to where the water was coming from, and he was able to do that for us. When we decided to add an additional tank to our system we called them back up. They came out and in one day had a new water holding tank installed.
