I may have dodged a bullet as I found the business on Groupon. I called to set an appt, got a voice recording and an automatic text. I responded to the text to set up an appointment. Pics are provided. Asked if 5:30 worked for me and I responded yes! Nothing else said. Went to scheduled appt and no one answered the door at 5:20pm and when I texted (pics provided) she said it wasn't scheduled, sorry. Basically, you don't know how to run your own appt setting system or how to follow up with leads you have coming in. I was only available for a small window and was excited to try this place and it's a shame I'm having to leave this review for how it went. I am giving 2 stars for poor customer service, lack of problem solving when your system failed us both and with little concern for the customer.
