I just cannot believe she's the owner and she did such a horrific job on my nails! Uneven polish, nail size do not match, nail decor was peeling off a few hours later. Super sloppy work, they work so fast that they always cut my fingers. I bet they don't even get a new one before working on the next customer after my blood just got on the drill. They only care about the numbers at this place! I had an appt at 3 and did not get serviced until 4. When people called in appointments, they just pretend like they have opening at this time on this date etc but don't write anything down. This is my second time here. I can say both times- it took waaaaay longer than what they said as well as the wait time to get started. BUT- I'm loving how my nails turn out so far AND it's conveniently located at the mall so I can get other things marked off my to do list while I'm here. One thing I've noticed is that they have different people do different parts of the nails...which is part of the hold up on getting done in a more efficient manner. If you are just going for the powder dip or regular nail polish, you might have the same person from start to finish. Bit of you are doing acrylic or need tips glued on- you may end up with 1-3 different people that are working on your nails. Odd! Very odd! The staff is friendly- which is always a plus! If they get a more efficient & timely system down, I would definitely give them an additional star. One other thing I disliked- they do not seem to do the traditional manicure here. No fingers soaked or cuticles nipped, no hand massage. Which I really appreciate. Just strait up sit down and start grinding on your nails. read more

I have been here several times and have always had a great experience. I have many nail salons closer to my house, but choose to drive thirty minutes to get my nails done here. All of the gals are great, but I highly recommend Ran or Helen. The owner is also amazing, but it's difficult to get an appointment with her. Everyone is really nice! read more

They also are always super busy, or at least they say they are. It seems like the place will be completely empty but I'll still have to wait a bit of time before someone is ready for me. Very friendly people working here who do a good job. They always offer drinks when you are getting a pedicure done. Most of the time there is a long wait even if you have an appointment....they don't seem to cut / file your nails down shorter when getting a pedicure unless asked...i'm not sure if this is normal or not but the place I used to go to would do it regardless. They just want to get you in and out of the chair so they can get the next person's money. I've been here twice and they're always very rough on my skin when shaping my nails. I'm not very knowledgeable on nails so I've tried asking them questions to help me decide on what to get and they just give me a weird look and speak gibberish . . . This place is horrible I went in for a full set and my nails ended up extremely uneven they where crooked and it was caked up so much that my nail looked fat as hell. So I call and they say they'll redo what was fixed for free the guy who did my nails literally filed them down and changed the polish and as soon as I get home the polish chipped!! Overall very chaotic for uneven nails. We had a 2pm appointment but had to wait 45 minutes to get started. While we were waiting, a ceiling tile holding a bucket of water fell directly onto a customer getting a pedicure, hurting their shoulder on impact. The water splashed the two customers on either side of them as well, getting 5 people pretty wet if not completely soaked. While we were still waiting to have our nails started we saw that the owner made the customers pay for their nails when they & their belongings were drenched with water. During my pedicure the tech was very rough and broke skin 3 times. One of those cuts is now infected due to him submerging my foot in the dirty water he had been washing his tools in. I also had to ask 3 times for the edges of my nails to be smoothed out since they were still jagged from when he clipped them. My dip manicure was a bit better, with a different nail tech. My nails are a little uneven and warped, but nothing you would notice right away. I got a few cuts during my manicure as well but this nail tech just superglued them shut. read more

The other part of my big fat F is that they don't do appointments so the salon is just packed with people, they're very crooked with the way they do business and I say that because they will tell you it will be 20 minutes and 20 minutes will turn into an hour. Honestly, I was really excited about the cheap price of $26 on a fill for my gel acrylics, but I had a bad experience. My nails all ended up being shapped differently, the gel is streaky and they my pointer finger looks like it's one of those "failed" acrylics where they're too puffy and don't look good at all. Not to mention it's completely misshapen. For the most part everyone there was kind, but if I'm paying for someone to do a service for me, I do expect them to do a decent job. Also, the gel is bumpy with bubbles underneath- disappointing to say the least. And last but not least, when I went to pay the price had jumped $3. I really want to give this place a half star literally not going to come back giving this place anymore of my money. I normally get a mani and pedi together and this time not only but my last set was painful! Let me explain why the last pedi I got after my mani was done they messed up on my nail polish. The color was not on the nail only but also on the skin. Which that's fine it'll come off but on my drive home my color got messed up so next morning I called and they said that I can come in and depends on how messed up it is there might be a charge. Don't get why when I already paid for the service the day before so I went in and the lady who had done my nails previously just repaint it didn't even bother to remove the color. She just over paint the messed up polish so it was dirty and lumpy. Went home and removed the color and just repaint it myself waste of time. So I decided to give them another try so my next session I didn't want to mess up the first time round with my pedi so I got gel that went great because this time I have a younger person who did it. Then when it got to my mani let me explain what the heck happen. The lady (Kim) who was filing my nails asked what shape I said square like I usually have but instead she gave me "soft coffin" complimenting about how nice that shape is yatti yatti yatta and then she cut my pinky finger which it was bleeding hardcore and not only that she file my middle finger CROOOKED so much for the compliment. Then going on to the dipping powder I originally chose a dipping of gold with larger sparkle and yellow powder but she had the audacity to say that the colors I chose after doing one coat of dipping was ugly. She started going off while I'm sitting there not even complaining and the other nail tech (Ruby) sitting next to her goes "is there a problem" looking straight at me and I was like there is NO PROBLEM here I don't see why this has come to me being attack by two nail techs. Then Ruby said sarcastically "well it matches your hair" I looked at her and like I said I wasn't the one complaining I didn't even said anything and that there is No Problem here at all! Then once we have establish that and the color Kim was still whining about how the color turned out so then she asked Ms. RUDE (Ruby) to come finish her dirty job and when it came to refiling Ruby notice oh Kim had effed up my middle finger it's CROOOOOKED! So Ruby had to add a fake side to my original natural nail to patch that up!! And Ruby had to say that I think Kim wasn't complaining about the color she was more whining about how CROOKED she messed up on filing my middle finger. And she goes on saying Kim you should've asked me to look at it and not wait till closing time to keep complaining about the color and have me fix it. Overall both these horrible times I went in at 6 and leave at about 9:30 way pass the dang mall hours with poor services and having to overpay!!!!! I say save the headache, the bleeding and the money and go somewhere else. Both times I paid different amount the first one I paid $62 and that came with a mani and pedi second time $79 with the same mani and pedi. This place, their amount is not a set amount and they cheat you I kid you not! And when they messed up or cut you they turn it around saying it's your fault. I have a lot of patience and it takes a lot for me to complain about your service at the time of getting my fingers and toes done. But after thinking about it I'm gonna give you a big old bad review. Word of advice to the owner to train your staff that if they messed up don't go adding more drama fix it and move a long and don't go blaming on the customer whose paying you guys to do a good job not a shitty job and shit on their face about how this looks ugly. read more

i highly recommend this place... only if you want to give them half of your annual salary and four hours of your time per session...just in waiting.. and then for them to do a mediocre job on your nails. the nails are fine but not worth waiting for anything over 20 minutes, even after you've scheduled an appointment for a specific time. i usually do walk ins but i decided to schedule an appointment FOUR DAYS IN ADVANCE so they could make sure i got in on time(for once). my appointment today was scheduled for 6 but after being seated nobody spoke a word to me for another 15 minutes while i sat there clueless and livid that they had once again, completely disregarded me. as a customer who has been going here for the past four years of my life and always ending up late due to my rushed and mediocre nails. i'm happy to say that i no longer have time or respect left for summit nails because they CLEARLY do not have time or respect for their FORMER most loyal customer. read more
