    I see Dr. Yang. This review is mainly for him as well as a review of the office admin. Dr. Yang gets 5 stars and the admin get 2 stars. Dr. Yang gets 5 stars. No question. He is very smart and personable. He is clearly an expert in what he does. He is a great doctor. I had an epidural done and he did the procedure at the new Sutter hospital in town (very nice place). He knew exactly where to insert the needle. After about 3 days, my pain and symptoms did start to go away (they say it does take a few days for the epidural to start working). Admin: here's where the star rating goes down. I had some problems with admin during my experience. I give them 2 stars. My main issue is that the staff are not all educated on the same set of info so things can get messed up. I was first told I had to wait for pre-approval of my MRI. I didn't understand why since I already got pre-approval prior to visiting this office. Believe me, I know, it was a long waiting process. So, because this info didn't make sense, I asked to speak to the insurance dept. I was told they were at lunch. I asked for a call that afternoon. NO ONE EVER CALLED. Next, I called again a few days later. Note that there was no knowledge of my prior message. I asked for the same dept. I got connected and then sent straight to voicemail. I called back and said "is there anyone who I can speak to right now? I got a voicemail and I really like to talk to a live person now." I was told there was only one man to speak to and he was on the phone. Fast forward 2 hrs later....I get a call back from this "guy on the phone." Guess what, he tells me, I'm not the guy to speak to. You need to talk to the OTHER guy in this dept. Other guy I say? I thought it was a one man dept? Oh...who told you that? That's not true. Anyway, after going through all of these loops and wasting A LOT of time, I finally learn that I don't need to wait for pre-approval! Whaaaaat?!?! I was told I had to wait. I waited weeks while being in pain and out of work. All to find out that I didn't need to wait?!?! Unbelievable. Anyway. That's why admin gets 2 stars (I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because overall, the office people are nice). Overall, I will continue to return to this business.

    I haven't had my appointment and already I've been treated rudely by the office staff but very the phone. Can't wait.

    Terrible. This entire place is a hack job that's only goal is to bill insurance companies. Proceed at your own risk.
