Loving God is evident through different worship services (traditional, blended, and contemporary) that has a worship style that anyone would feel comfortable with. Loving people occurs in the many programs that reach out to the community (Mothers of Preschoolers, projects for homeless, projects for single mothers, and other community events like Downtown Days and Octoberfest). Making disciples happens in small group Bible study and prayer groups, where people grow and learn by living life in community. All in all, a great church family! It is full of people, growing together, loving each other well, and in the 4 years we have been there, we have been able to grow our relationship with Christ and knowledge in the Bible so much deeper through small groups offered (soooo many available) outreach programs, serving opportunities, and through going deep in the Word, not just the fluff, on Sundays with Pastor Matt with it being obvious it is through the Holy Spirit guiding him through the Bible. (As so so often the message ends up speaking right to what I needed to hear or what I was reading on through the week, or he ends up speaking deeper on verses I was actually reading!!!!) I absolutely love how much they do with the children although mine are grown. It is nice to see so many younger ones. It is like all generations are in this place.
