RUN!! Truly Horrible experience. We purchased all our kitchen and laundry appliances from Lynn Cunningham Appliance (Freestanding induction range, hood ventilation system, wall oven, refrigerator and washer/dryer units) for our new home build in 2020 and literally nothing was installed correctly. The Vent-A-Hood system measurement was off by over 40" so it does not function as it now hangs too far above the Stove to even be reached without a step stool-and we are 6'3" & 5'8" heights. The dryer was plugged in but the dryer vent never installed nor was the small water line for the "freshening feature" we loved. The wall oven was only partially installed as well. Management failed to assist with correcting any of the issues and then overcharged us by over $2000.00 to boot. We have paid other contractors to repair things but are still trying to find an installer to correct the vent hood. An utter fiasco. read more

Purchased a GE Profile Cafe dishwasher from Lynn right before they were bought out. It was never properly installed. Had to plead with the new owner to honor the warranty. They sent someone out which only partially corrected the problem. They would not send them out again so we hired a third party to investigate and correct. They did a better job but still not perfect. We owned it 3 years when it started leaking around the door seals and ruining our wood flooring. Being an engineer and used to working on cars and other things I removed it and inspected it to find the door seals were deteriorated along the bottom. I showed my wife and we decided to cut our losses and buy a new unit from Costco. Purchased a Kitchenaid after reading the reviews and decided that we were not going to spend over $1K for a dishwasher (Bosch). Costco is the way to go IMHO. Delivery was on time. Installer was pleasant and skilled. He had it installed and working in less than an hour. This is the second time we replaced an appliance with a purchase from Costco. Their prices are great and they extend the warranty to 2 years. Whatever you do don't buy from Lynn Cunningham because it's not the same as it was. read more

This is the worst service experience I believe I have ever had, with anyone. About 2 months ago I check reviews of different repair places and this one was highly rated. I made an appt. The guy showed up and diagnosed my dishwasher as needing a new circuit board. He told me he would order it and set a new appointment when it was in. After waiting about 3 weeks, giving them time for delays in parts, I called. He had not ordered anything. They then ordered it. I waited. I called and asked if it was in, it was but they had not called to set an appointment. We set an appointment. The guy showed up and installed it. He said, oops, I'm new and I didn't know I needed to order two circuit boards. He said he would order it and set an appointment. I wait a couple weeks and call. They have not ordered it, and for some reason they can't. They send me a link to ebay to order it myself. I do. I call and set an appointment when it is in. That am they call and say they will be out between 1 to 3. At 11 the guy texts me and say he will be early, I tell him I can't be there due to an appt but give him the code to get into my home. At 12:04 he texts me to say he can't find the place, he is in front of the post office, very far away from my home..guess what, they don't have my dishwasher there, so he calls his boss who tells him to abort the repair due to my unresponsiveness ( I am in my appointment and this is still not during my scheduled time ). I text him at 2 and give him my address, still within MY repair window. He says he can't come as I didn't respond. What about the fact they were already there and have my house code? Nope, they won't come. 2+ months, I ordered the part, and they won't come during their scheduled time? Why at this point was I not a priority? Oh, I forgot that once I called to schedule the appointment they said that I was not their customer, I had to ask for a manager for them to "find" me. I know covid has caused lots of issues but this is just bad, really bad. If Lynn is the founder and he/she is dead, I'm sure they would be spinning like a windmill during a hurricane on a high hill. Some businesses don't deserve to make it past these hard times, difficulties separate the wheat from the chaff, they are now chaff. This company is well past it's prime, I expect those good ratings will drop like a lead rock now. read more

The gent was nice and observed all COVID protocols. The part took about 5 weeks to come in as it seems all appliance parts are difficult to get in stock these days. I originally wrote a very bad review of this company and I'm happy to admit I was completely in the wrong. After my oven inexplicably exploded last week I was pretty upset to say the least. It was only 1.5 years old and it's a pretty strange problem to have happen. Lynn Cunningham called me personally and took care of it at no charge to me. He didn't have to and certainly was under no obligation but he did it anyway. Started out fine. Called and asked for the parts department. Had to leave my name and number for a call back. Called me back about an hour later. The lady was really nice and helpful. Ended up forgetting to ask something so called back. First guy: can you call back and press 1? I don't have a way to transfer. Fine. Call back and press 1. Guy answers, I ask for parts department and he transfers me. The same guy who told me to call back answers. Says -didn't you just call? Yep- did what you said, your guy transferred me. Called back again. Another guy answers. Ask for the parts department. He says he can't transfer me. I ask, well, how do I speak with the parts department? He puts me on hold to talk to his supervisor. Comes back on, says I can't transfer you? Are you looking for service or to order parts? Yes!! But no one seems to want to transfer me so I can. Uh, I'm sorry. I can direct you to our sister company. Never mind. This shouldn't be this hard to talk to someone. I'll go elsewhere. read more

That was the biggest waste of $74.00 I have ever spent. I was told they could not repair my 5 year old refrigerator, someone from Frigidaire will have to help me and it will be about 10 days to hear from them. Please give me $74.00, and have a great day. It would have been nice to at least hear what you said in your reply to my review. To hear only there is nothing that can be done, no tools were used to diagnose anything, only a long phone call to who knows who. No explanation like you have stated, just there's nothing I can do, not even, well we could do a temporary fix, but I do t recommend it. So a few years ago I had trouble with this business - they blew me off on servicing a high-end appliance. Lynn responded to my review and explained that they only service appliances that they sell directly. I thought "Well - OK, that's fair - next time I need an appliance, I am going to buy it from Lynn and then life will be good on getting it serviced." I actually gave him the benefit of the doubt and improved my star rating based on his response. So ... that day arrived several days ago. I called and tried to get to Sales. No one answered the phone, so I left a detailed message about the appliance I wanted to purchase now ($1500 retail) and that I'd also like to pay them to install it. So. What happened. NOTHING. That was many days ago. So if these people don't want to Service appliances and don't want to Sell them, what is it that they do to stay in business? I don't know. I want to give kudos to a great business. We have used Lynn Cunningham Appliance to service our washing machine and our dishwasher, and have also referred my elderly dad to their business to replace his dishwasher. Their prices are fair, and their service is excellent! We had our washing machine worked on by Mark within the past month, and the repair failed. He returned this morning and resolved the issue, as well as looked at our dishwasher which wasn't cleaning properly. Amazing Job! They were quick and responsive over Yelp messages and we were able to get help next day! The Tech called ahead with a time frame, was on time, and polite. Followed COVID protocols. They helped us with a dryer issue we were having and he was able to replace the broken roller issue at our service. The pricing was fair as well. I would not recommend Lynn Cunningham service. I contacted them to request repair services on an appliance. They contacted me back a few days later to schedule an appointment, but first they attempted to sell me a replacement appliance on the phone. When they did come out, the problem I had described to them on the phone they informed me in person that they typically cannot repair. They then proceeded to charge a service call fee of $74. My frustration with the service call fee is that they never informed me before the appointment about this fee. I felt they were not upfront about the charge and based on their statement when they arrived and that they tried to sell me a replacement appliance on the phone that they had already determine that they could not do the repair service. I question their motives and business ethics. read more

We live near Allenspark/Estes Park, and getting service people to come up is difficult. Either they charge an exorbitant trip charge, or they won't come at all. Lynn Cunningham Appliance did neither. They are very easy to scheduled with, timely with communicating the problem and honest about if the repair is worth completing. I trust them completely. Awesome customer service! I needed a new refrigerator and found one I liked in Consumer Reports that was on sale locally. They got it for me at the same sale price. It was backordered so instead of trying to sell me something they had on hand for more money, they provided a loaner refrigerator till the one I wanted was back in stock. They did the installation and were meticulously careful for my furniture and belongings when they brought the refrigerators in and out. They were considerate, respectful, and did a great job too. I called on 9/8/2013 to inquire about availability and price of a washer. Sales representative assisted me with information and advice. I subsequently ordered a washer, which was delivered two days later at a time convenient to me. Installer called ahead of time to narrow time he would arrive, and upon arrival quickly removed old washer, installed and tested new washer. He waited til I put items in washer and tested fill and spin cycles. He removed all packaging, and left me all product information and how to reach service if I encountered any problems. read more

We came in knowing what we didn't want, but Brad helped us to pull the trigger on what we would want and finally purchased. Delivery and installation were​ fantastic. The LC crews are kind and thoughtful. We did run into one glitch with the high-end microwave. Rather than make us slog through weeks of waiting for parts and repairs, they came with a brand new replacement, installed it and took the defective item away--no hassles, questions asked.
