Bedside manner: Very kind!! He introduced himself with a handshake and seemed genuinely interested in my issue. He gave me a full examination and never not once made me feel awkward. He always asked if I was comfortable with what he was doing and informed me with how we were going to proceed. Staff: The staff was pleasant enough. Office:. They have a X-ray and MRI machine on site which is very convenient !! They also have a physical therapy unit there. It's a one stop shop. In conclusion, Dr. Vanderhoof genuinely seems like a wonderful person!! I would go to him for any orthopedic needs and would gladly send anyone else I knew to him!! They listen to you and they get right to root of the problem. They are very respectful and compassionate about your health needs. I am very satisfied with the professional care they give. I couldn't have chosen a better facility for my medical needs. I love the doctors here. The receptionist: I have always been greeted with compassion when I call. The clerks are very good at scheduling and getting messages to the doctors. When I go in for my appointments they are always pleasant and very fast on getting you registered and into see a doctor. BUT here lately they have hired new people to work the front desk and the phone treatment by one lady has been very unprofessional. She does not want to give you any service at all. She is rude and seem to rush you off the phone with little or no help. The only time I am able to get help is if I tell her I am recording her. Then her attitude quickly changes. The new male receptionist I told him I didn't want to talk to this particular lady and he told her and she picked up my call. When I call I pray that I'll get a seasoned receptionist so I don't have to deal with her and my needs will be met expeditiously with professionals who are respectful and courteous.
