When moving into the home we bought, we wanted to get it as clean as possible. The apartment we moved out of after 4 years started to have lint issues: the lint tray was nearly impossible to xlean, and there was a bunch of lint in the back near the connection. We made an appointment with Air Improvement duct cleaning. We were able to book for just one week later. Daniel showed up right on time and even contacted us before arriving. We spent 3-4 hours cleaning the vents and ducts of the house we bought. This was especially helpful after having popcorn ceiling removal done a few days before. We had our Air Ducts Cleaned - the process was very smooth. I contacted Avi through the Yelp system, he responded back within a few hours. We had a call and scheduled an appointment. He called me about an hour before he arrived, showed up and went right to work quickly. He's very considerate of the areas around the vents, asking to move pictures or items that may be damaged if not moved. He worked non-stop for a good 4 hours - answering our questions, working around stuff near vents. He even used a camera to look down a vent that had low flows (nothing clogging it - just too many 90 degree angles in the ducts). He cleaned up quick and left no mess. Very smooth transaction. He told us what he found in the vents and deodorized them. He even turned some of the vents so they looked better. He kept to the quote and didn't try to upsize the cost. Avi was responsive in advance of our appointment via text, and called ahead on the day of to provide a more accurate arrival time. He then arrived near the middle of his window. He was friendly yet focused on the job at hand, which I appreciated. He quickly got to work on our dryer vent, pulling out a fair amount of lint. This company was excellent. Was able to give me a quote by text the same night I requested one and made sure it was all services covered (air ducts, dryer vent and sanitation). Our service guy Daniel was great! Texted ahead of time to give me a more accurate window that he would arrive in. Showed up and got right to work. We haven't had our air ducts cleaned in probably 10 years and I don't know that our dryer vent has ever been cleaned, but about 2 and a half hours later, and everything was completely cleaned and sanitized. We can already tell the difference in the air in our home and it's only been a few hours. I had Air Improvement come out to my recently purchased home in Denver because I was getting error prompts on my dryer complaining about a lack of air flow. Daniel came out and cleaned out all of the vents and ducts, and did a great job. He was timely and professional, and I felt confident in the work he was doing- especially with the tools that he brought. However, even after cleaning the ventilation shafts, the dryer was still complaining about air flow. So Daniel and Avi returned as soon as they could, continued troubleshooting what could be wrong and went above and beyond to resolve the air flow issue. It turned out that the damper to the vent for the dryer had actually been stucco'd mostly shut from the exterior of the home (this was impossible to tell since the damper is 30ft from the ground, an idiot likely accidentally stucco'd them shut when making exterior repairs). Daniel was able to force open the dampers and clear the stucco and voila, no more air flow issues to the dryer. Thank you again Daniel & Avi. I highly recommend their services. read more

I rarely write reviews anymore but Avi has made me so much more comfortable in the house we are renting. The ducts were filthy and had mouse droppings in them, the furnace needed to be cleaned and the register covers were filthy even after washing them when we moved in because the air was so dirty that blew through them. My vent hose from the dryer to the wall was kinked and they repaired it and told me what I needed to do to keep that from happening.
