They've done a great job in here. It's well organized and a pleasure to shop. YUGM really works hard to keep their thrift spaces top notch.

Way over priced and rude workers. Really sad because the store itself is fairly well organized and attractive.

When me and my friend walked in she kept following us around and she asked "what are you shopping…read morefor" and I kindly said oh we are just looking around we aren't sure what we want yet and she started asking questions and I was answering them kindly and I made a joke saying oh if I buy this do I get a discount and she got very very rude after that she started yelling " ok you can leave now" and I was so confused what I did I had no idea me being nice and kind to her and EVEN complementing her shop she would be so disrespectful like that so me and my friend came another day we asked " oh are you the same lady from last time because if you are im not sure what I did but I'm sorry I was gonna buy something and it was just very rude how u reacted and she responded with " yeah you can leave now " and I was like you don't even know me and for you to act like that it's very disrespectful and she was like "oh is that a threat" and I said no no it's not at all i was just trying to be nice but obviously you have your own problems so if anyone decides to go to this shop please think again and turn around

Prices are not too bad, either. The store associate asked what I was shopping for and I told her I was not shopping for anything particular. I saw a pink linen jacket and wanted to try it on. She said it would not fit me. Karen alert (bonus: blonde bleached hair). I said ok and kept browsing. She then started her Karen assault! She asked if we were new in town, where we were from, where we lived, where my accent was from. Geez! Slow down lady! I politely answered her questions, and once she was 'convinced' we lived up to her 'customer' expectations (whatever those expectations are!), she became friendly. No, thank you, and bye. See you never. On my way home I thought if I were some other guy with limited English and communication skills, she would have probably thrown me to the lions ! Nice store, horrible customer service. Hard pass. Not recommended.

I'm not sure who the current version of the Fresh Prince is, but whoever they are, this is probably…read morethe place where they would shop if they lived in Yakima! This is definitely the spot to go when you're interested in new clothing trends, classic and new shoes as well as plenty of vintage items like jackets and jerseys. I came in on a random Monday afternoon and found a number of things that immediately peaked my interest, despite not being a particularly well dressed individual. With my 30th percentile looks and 15th percentile charm, any help I can get is always appreciated! With styles ranging from those of a skate shop, which this also is, all the way to trends that make any trendsetter jealous, they've got just about anything that you're looking for within the genre. I picked up a pair of shorts which quickly work their way into my rotation. I also saw some old-school Reebok pumps, which may be something that I need to get in the near future. The dude running the place is super chill and does a great Job of staying up on trends both new and retro. In the same way that the haberdasher brings a very cool spot for final clothing, this place brings a real for anyone looking for some good street gear!
