He looked at the chain for about 5 seconds and pronounced it "plated." When I informed him that I'd already had it tested, and that it had tested 18K he demanded to see the chain again. When I refused, he became angry. I don't know if he's merely incompetent or if he's dishonest, but I'd never take any thing to him again. He becomes angry too easily. I'd never set foot in the place again for any reason whatsoever. But that's just me.

Prices are not too bad, either. The store associate asked what I was shopping for and I told her I was not shopping for anything particular. I saw a pink linen jacket and wanted to try it on. She said it would not fit me. Karen alert (bonus: blonde bleached hair). I said ok and kept browsing. She then started her Karen assault! She asked if we were new in town, where we were from, where we lived, where my accent was from. Geez! Slow down lady!
