I'm just now getting around to writing the review as the disgust has mounted over seeing every day the "wavey" carpet in the Master Bedroom, in addition, the unacceptable way they proposed to handle the matter. Within a year and a half of the carpet being installed the carpet began to develop significant 2"- 3" high waves or rolls every 8'-10'. Cleary a very poor install job in the Master as the other rooms have no problems. After calling them out to see it, their solution was to re-stretch they're poor installation in the Master Bedroom for $800!! When I challenged them, the response was quite nonchalant stating "that's what it costs" which is unfortunate because I really like the carpet. BUT, they didn't stand behind their work. When it comes to eventually recarpeting and reinstalling our wood flooring I won't be calling All Flooring Design.

But after a major change in their office personnel, that review score has gone up to a five. James is very responsive, wiling to help and understands what issues we run into. Now, sometimes we might get a minor cleaning issue or minor house issue that the tenants find, but James does address it with the cleaners and it's taken care of. Before i couldn't get any help from them and even had some major conflict, but the past year has been a 153 degree change and we are working well together to get that to 180 degrees. It has been hard to find good cleaners up in summit county for the past 12 years that I've owned a place, but now feel like i can rest assure that my unit will be clean, ready to go on time and if anything comes up, they are willing to help. I hope to raise that four star review to a five star review.

However this is a basic service done primarily through email. No emergency cleanings, they aren't available on weekends (they clean on weekends but usually no one in the office). So if you schedule at least week in advance, they have always done the job, no issues. Works for me. If you want the immediate 24/7 service, linked calendars, etc. you'll need to pay another company and it will be pricier.
