(Exact words) I've seen many doctors over the years, and I've never experienced a policy like this. Life happens -- sometimes patients need to cancel. To have a practice completely refuse to ever see you again simply because you didn't immediately book another appointment feels unprofessional and punitive. Healthcare should be about building trust and providing care, not enforcing arbitrary "one strike and you're out" rules. I chose to take my health concerns elsewhere, and I recommend others do the same if they value flexibility and patient respect
