Tammy and Jeff were nothing but professional, empathetic and informative!! I filled out the online form ahead of time and Tammy called me personally to go over the arrangements I had chosen. She didn't try to "sell me up" on any of my choices and even told me if I wanted a different Urn then they offered, that Amazon had a lot of options too. Sadly, my mother passed away at 12:30am on Thursday and they personally came to the Hospice and expressed their condolences and then took full control of cremation arrangements. It allowed my husband and I to grieve and process the loss we were feeling without having to be burden with the cremation details. I truly cannot thank them enough for making this such an easy process during such a difficult time.

They made the enrollment process easy and immediately put us at ease. The teachers and staff are truly some of the best people you'll ever meet. It's obvious they genuinely love what they do, and they care for the children as if they were their own. One thing that really stands out is the food--they serve healthy, well-balanced, thoughtfully planned meals each week, which gives us such peace of mind. As a parent, one of my favorite things is the communication throughout the day. Receiving pictures, updates, and little glimpses into my child's day means more than I can put into words. Those updates are such a thoughtful touch and something I truly appreciate. Like many first-time parents, I had plenty of nerves about sending my child to daycare. But Little Sunshine's quickly erased those fears. We've always felt confident that our child is safe, loved, learning, and thriving every single day! He loves all the extra curricular programs that he does weekly (all included in tuition!). We love that they have an amazing chef (shout out to Miss Dani!) who exposes them to all kinds of healthy snacks and meals. The biggest difference that I've seen here compared to our last daycare is how present the admin team is. I see someone every morning and afternoon and I love that they know my child and I know how present they are because he knows them all by name. We've also had wonderful teachers with less turnover than we saw at our last daycare. My son talks about Miss Sarah and Miss Kim constantly and looks forward to their day. They keep such a great routine and he knows exactly what's going to happen in the morning which makes our mornings run more smoothly (if that's possible with a 2 year old).

They also employ local former inmates who are reintegrating into the community, and these guys need all the help they can get, so this is a good aspect of patronizing the store. The building is new and there is plenty of parking. It is conveniently located, although the hours are a touch limited and vary from day to day. The store employees are friendly and accommodating. On one occasion I returned an item to exchange for one that would fit my needs and the manager approved the exchange despite a store policy that would have otherwise prohibited it. This seems like common sense but, well, it's not the thing you can just expect anymore. I did not give the store a five-star rating because the pricing on many of their items is comparable to new and/or higher quality items. I think the store and the brand would be better served by a pricing policy that rewarded patrons rather than offering a 'hit or miss' gambler's philosophy.
