I'm a fan of the Signature Salad (lettuce, steamed chicken breast, sweet potato, eggplant, sultanas, sliced almonds, and peas) and the Smoked Salmon (lettuce, tomato, boiled egg, fetta, olives, sunflower seeds and capers). This is a largely a salad restaurant, but grounded in Asian themes. My wife and I tried two of them - the Salmon Flower salad and the Pork Gyoza salad. Both were outstanding. Very fresh, fun flavours that really work - in just about the right size to make it filling but still really healthy. This is a family run restaurant - which means I always really admire the courage and entrepreneurial spirit to both start a restaurant in the first place, plus try a new and innovative theme. I know in The States a hoagie is this massive bread roll sandwich thing, but this being Australia they brought out a toasted sandwich which tasted just like a hoagie. Perfect down to the last bite.
