When we arrived, instead of trying to help or accommodate us, Alejandro and Natalia were very rude and unwelcoming. We felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience rather than valued guests. To make matters worse, they wanted to seat us in an isolated corner, and their attitude throughout the interaction was disrespectful and dismissive. Traveling with a baby can already be challenging, and a little kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way. We understand that mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for treating guests with such a lack of respect. This experience left a very negative impression and was far below the level of hospitality we expected.
