I cancelled a vehicle from my insurance policy on 2-06-25 with employee Jazmine (daughter got married) and they are still charging me? Called on 02-27-25 spoke with Jazmine again to let her know the car is still not removed AND I took my other vehicles to Progressive Direct because of this situation (Saved 200 bucks too). So now I had all 3 of them cancelled. Well today I noticed they still charged my card on 03-01-25 for the first cancelled car! Had to call again, spoke with Jazmine and had to ask for a higher up and supervisor was no help. Supervisor also verified that they have no way to keep track if the insurance is actually cancelled. What kind of professionals are working there? I do not recommend State Farm.

Before Jan. 29th. 2016 for 2015. My personal taxes which was a fill and go with no deductions was incomplete by mid July after over thirteen phone calls and several visits to the office I received nothing but excuses and told extensions had been filed. Terri Dalliare was contacted ignored my calls and pointed fingers at a former employee. After numerous conversations with the IRS. I was enlightened to many lies Terri Dalliare told me to push off the blame on an employee. I did not hire this firm to have uncertified persons doing my taxes but yet this is what was confirmed to me by Terri Dalliare herself! Lost paperwork lost contracts. No billing to show a breakdown of what I was charged for after numerous requests. Volunteer quarterly taxes given to me by the third quarter! Zero communication from Terri Dalliare except to blame the office employees! And a big hefty bill to boot! Due to the past previous two years of slow response of my taxes I even prepaid a hefty amount in hopes of getting my taxes done in a timely and professional manner! You are nothing to this firm from my insight if your not a big account ! Nope Nada forget it! Please be an informed consumer do your homework. And foremost make your voice be heard when you are screwed over. I'm far from done on this issue and proceeding my case into the court system for malpractice.
