So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! I was advised the services would take 3 hours. I woke up early on a Saturday very exited and eager to have my services . Since I was advised the services would only take 3 hours, I called at 11:30am to get a time estimate for pickup. Only to be disappointed with a response from Ian that my car just went back at 11:30 am. 3 hours from then I stopped pass the shop due to me being in the area, and my car was infact in the same spot where I parked at 8:30am. Ian was rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing he condesenly asked "well do you need your car? You will get a text when it's ready". I got a text at 5:12pm indicating my car would be ready for pickup at 5:40pm. When I arrived, instead of saying sorry for the delay. I was greated when a snarky comment "Better late than never", as if that wasn't unprofessional enough, I was then charged a higher price than I was originally quoted. Even though I have a written quote via text, Ian still fast talked and charged me a higher price. A price that I wouldn't of agreed upon had I known the day I made my appointment. Ian came off very condescending, arrogant, rude, and aggressive. He made this experience horrible for me. When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely brand new. The shine was unreal--deep, glossy, and flawless from every angle. The wheels? Immaculate. They paid close attention to every detail, getting into all the tight spots and leaving nothing untouched. The tires had that perfect clean, satin finish--not overly shiny, just right. Tint had all kinds of fingers/bubbles on the rear window and already peeling off on two corners. On the side windows, the tint does not go to the top of the passenger side windows and the tint is very scratched (hard to show in pictures but on sunny days everyone notices when they get in the car). Cory said they outsourced the job the second time the windows were tinted and that that person would be in contact with me to come and fix this. I never heard from this person or Cory after that last communication. It has been months with no answer to emails/calls so now I am going elsewhere to have the tint removed and redone by professionals. Save your money and go elsewhere to get your windows tinted. Seriously.

When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. I went with Stratos 30 tint, which is not as dark as it appears in this photo, but there are plenty of options for those who prefer darker tint. They also removed an ugly dealer sticker for me (f&$@ you Ciocca Audi for putting that on without my permission). Felt very comfortable trusting BG with my vehicle given their clean and well-lit workshop. My car is dirty in this photo, but that's my fault - all of the parts of the interior / doors / etc that they would have touched were wiped down once the job was finished. I was in a hurry or I would have paid for a hand wash as well, which is another service they offer. With tip I paid $717 out the door, which I think is very reasonable for the quality of the work and the overall customer experience. Your cost will vary based on your vehicle size and tint selection. I definitely intend to come back for PPF and ceramic coating.
