It's my obligation as a consumer to let other people know this business is crooked. They don't pay out liens on time and they use these made up excuses that the sales person was either out of town for a week or, getting married or sick. I don't give a shit if it was a long weekend, I do my job so do yours. So while the lien isn't being paid out the consumer is still paying for a car they do not own anymore but a lien still in customers name , which can cause huge problems and why OMVIC was contacted, When the lien finally gets paid out sun auto owes the customer money and it's been a month of lies and back and forth with the manager and sales person about a cheque they keep saying they sent. Be warned all their good reviews are to meet salesman quote where they are asked for 4, 5 star reviews everyone. I bought a red chevy malibu 2016. Within a week the caliper bolt was lose, when I breaked it torn my wheel to shreds and then destroyed the wheel well which could have killed me if it was higher speeds. . (This is a fail of the safety which was given with a certificate prior to me buy). A month later the battery died and the mechanic said the battery had been corroding for sometime and would no longer take charge. Upon further check the air filter had not ben replaced since it was created by Chevy, the transmission fluid had metal grit into it and the oil was so slidgy the engine had to be flushed. I paid $1500 for warranty which all this covers. Now I am emailing them to try get this sorted but of course no response. This is not the first or last email I will be sending as well as contacting the Ontario Motor Vehicle Council and Better Business Burea with my mountain of proof of this scam warranty,. $70,000.00 BENZ and this is what I got for it.... Alan started and ended the sale off with letting me know if I need assistance contact him. Welp..Ive contacted him many times for small things such as changing the bulbs etc which they have a mechanic shop but he wont return the calls. - car was sold at twice the amount - warranty was not active until 3 months later when I had questions - just to find out they back dated the warranty to be effective from the initial date of purchase - I got contacted by his affiiate for a refinance - Alan decied to reach out and tell them not to offer me a refinance. - I have call recordings saying he will tell them not to offer me as he would - still nothing. - cant change a light bulb with his mechanic - the BENZ was sold with great customer service but just lilke a politician Alan folded with every opportunity. - If you want to purchase a car as a female an expect any additional assistance paid or under warranty from Alan you will be in for a big suprise of lack of communication and failed promises. - I will get my refinance somewhere else but it also makes you wonder why so shady? No warranty activated but he told me the bank required both full warranty coverage for the loan just to find out it wasnt even activated. - Oddly enough when I reach out to him he says he was in a car accident, twice....enough said. - then when you ask them to do their job or fullfill their work your met with the audicity of you asking them to do what they said they would. Everyone wants a cushie job but doesnt want to follow through. Later I will post text communication as proof. - this is all after I had a friend purchase a BENZ. Alan has since oferred the man a refinance - so you respect males and not females - I see. Both Benz tire leak air....you have to add air to the tires every 3 days - Great Sale on Benz, Alan. The BENZ I traded in never had air leaks - but you avoid thaat conversation. Being a car sales man is one thing but being a man of integrity is worth much much more. I was extremely sceptical to deal with any car financing/dealing institution after buying my first car. This experience turned out to be surprisingly different and pleasant. All I had to do is to go there once to supply my documents and see some cars on their lot. And second time to pick up my new car. The lady I dealt with was extremely determined, very professional, found me a vehicle I actually wanted and delivered it in a very timely and courteous fashion.
