You'll find both new and pre-owned cars, trucks and SUV's on the lot. This is a full service auto centre with a repair shop, body shop, and leasing plus sales. There's a customer lounge area while you wait. I received great service here in the past and that's why we're back. Nitin Wahi, a Product Advisor was friendly and informative about the vehicles on the lot.

I phoned them and I was asked to come after 4 hrs , the mechanic tested the tire in few seconds and told me the tire pressure sensor is dead , then disappeared and left me to the service mangers who explained to me that the life span of the sensor is 5-10 years and they need to remove the tire again to fix the problem which not was discovered doing full maintenance done few hrs ago including road test , of course I will have to pain again for labor which will be about 500 while the price of the sensor is just 40 . when I asked how come they hadn't not discovered the defect while doing the full maintenance which included removal of the tire and checking them , they start covering their negligence by funny explanation that doesn't make any sense , I left as I can't wait my time with those type of people.

Wow after reading all these negative reviews about this dealership, you sold wonder how it stays in…read morebusiness! I have had good experiences here. Our family has bought 2 new Hondas, an Accord and a CRV from their excellent sales guy Jun Li. He was patient and not pushy. The service guy I deal with is Derek and he is also accommodating and not pushy. Lastly their courtesy drivers are friendly and efficient.

On April 20, 2026, I brought my 2012 Honda Odyssey to Mississauga Honda for a seasonal tire change…read more During that visit, I also purchased and paid for a wheel alignment service and a Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM) service. The service package included a complimentary brake inspection. The total amount charged was $857.91. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the tire pressure warning light remained illuminated on the dashboard. I contacted the service department and was instructed to return the vehicle for further inspection. As a result, I had to take additional time off from work and make a second trip to the dealership. During this follow-up visit, I was informed that the TPM service had not been properly completed during the original appointment. The TPM service was subsequently performed, at no cost to me, which resolved the tire pressure warning issue. Unfortunately, additional problems became apparent after the April 20, 2026, service. I noticed that the vehicle was pulling to the right while driving, indicating a potential wheel alignment issue. I also experienced significant steering wheel vibration when braking at speeds above approximately 50 km/h. Concerned about these issues, I returned to Mississauga Honda today, June 18, 2026, for another inspection. I was advised that I would first need to pay $69.99 for a brake inspection before any diagnosis could be performed. After the inspection, the service advisor contacted me and advised that the vehicle required a wheel alignment. This recommendation was surprising, as I had already paid for a wheel alignment less than two months earlier during my April 20, 2026, service visit. The alignment-related symptoms had existed since that service was performed and had never been resolved. Given that the TPM service was also omitted during the original visit, I have serious concerns about whether the wheel alignment service for which I was charged was actually completed, since I was not provided any wheel alignment service chart. I requested that the service advisor discuss my concerns with the Service Manager and consider performing the wheel alignment at no charge, given the circumstances. I also requested consideration regarding the brake inspection fee, as it was performed on April 20, 2026, but it seems that it was not done properly. However, I was informed that no accommodation would be provided and that I would be required to pay an additional $254.23. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of service and the response I received from Mississauga Honda. I believe that customers are entitled to receive the services for which they have paid and that legitimate concerns should be addressed fairly and professionally. In this case, the dealership acknowledged that one paid service (TPM) was not completed during the original visit, yet declined to consider the possibility that another paid service (wheel alignment), for which not wheel-alignment chart was provided to me, may likewise not have been properly performed. I respectfully request that Mississauga Honda review this matter, investigate the services performed during my April 20, 2026 visit, and provide an appropriate resolution. I would also encourage customers to carefully verify that all services billed by the dealership have actually been completed and get the evidence of the service, particularly during peak seasonal tire change periods. They should return to the dealership immediately if they notice any anomaly.

Safety Certificate, new All Season Tires, front pads and rotors. At pickup. Driving home the car is noisy, sluggish, steering wheel vibrates, which continued till Jan 20/24. One week after ownership car has a starting issue which goes on into early May when check engine light comes on. OBD reader code P0340 Camshaft Positioning Sensor, they replaced it. July my front wheels are grinding on/off as I'm slowing down. They checked it out said no issues. August squeaky noisy front breaks. They put on a new set of front pads and rotors and this time they were new as the rotors were clean and new looking. On Pickup Car day the rotors were old and rusty. So they did not actually put new pads and rotors on as part of safety, like they said! September the cars grinding much louder. Took it to a different shop to find out the car is unsafe and front drivers wheel bearing needs to be replaced immediately because the wheel is about to fall off! So I did. October car won't start again on/off Leopard sent a tow truck to get the car, they had it for two weeks and supposedly replaced the engine with a used one with less mileage. No paper proof of this! November noise and bounce in the rear when I get in the car. I mentioned this noise a few times to Leopard. Reply, no issues! Took it to another shop and findings were rear shocks need replacing, so I did. December check engine light comes on, shows P0420 oxygen sensor/catalytic convertor. January I'm getting winter tires put on and the technician points out a bent front rim (inside) they do an alignment check it fails. All this time I've only had one front wheel aligned. I did the alignment and tire rotation, bent rim on the back. Now the car drives better than it ever has, not too sluggish and steering wheel not vibrating nearly as much. Leopard Motors sold me an overpriced car with a lot of expensive issues. Which I'm sure they new about. Did they get it from auction or a scrap yard They convinced me to buy the A-protect Luxury warranty for $1299.00 plus tax, saying you have "nothing to lose" this warranty covers everything! But later on denies the statement. This warranty package has yet to cover a thing. Do not buy that warranty! Waste of money. I do not recommend that you buy a car here but if you do, take it elsewhere for servicing. P.S Sales Manager/Owner, Sorry doesn't cut it!! And don't call me and ask me to remove the review just because you fixed a few things that should have been done before you sold the car for double it's worth!!
