I ordered 5 decals with reflective material from Monica. I picked the decals up and contacted her…read morewithin 30 minutes being that the decal would not go on the transfer tape. She told me it was because of the material it has to be installed differently and showed me how to "roll" them on. I attempted to try her technique and the decal still would not go on the transfer material. She did not respond to my messages including the one where I asked her to install them. I had someone else come to install the decals...I figured leave it to the professionals. I was told the transfer tape was old and needed to be replaced. I reached back out to Monica and she told me she had been in the hospital but did not offer to fix the decals. Now I had to spend more on these decals to have the transfer tape replaced. Once the new transfer tape was replaced, the decals were usable other then the One that was ruined attempting to use the "roll" technique. I feel Monica should of made the decals right after learning there was a issue the same day I brought the decals back. As a professional she knew that the decals were useless.
