I recently visited this salon for a haircut and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet…read moreexpectations. I came in with long, thick hair and clearly explained that I wanted to maintain my length with long, blended layers, along with a trim to my bangs and front pieces. I specifically requested that the length be kept around mid-back. However, the result was significantly shorter than discussed--ending just past my shoulders--and the layering was not blended. Instead of a seamless transition, there were very visible separations between layers, which made the haircut look uneven and choppy. A couple of days later, I returned to give the stylist an opportunity to correct the issue. I appreciated her willingness to try and fix it, and she seemed confident in doing so. However, despite the effort, the haircut still lacked proper blending and did not achieve the intended look. I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience, especially for those with thick hair that requires careful layering and blending techniques. While the service itself was polite, the overall result did not reflect the level of skill or attention to detail I was hoping for. I hope this feedback is helpful for both the salon and future clients.
