Firstly, it took 45 minutes to remove my prior dip manicure using antiquated method of wrapping nails in cotton soaked acetone with foil. The finish was uneven all around with residue all over the finger. Then after only a couple days, they actually chipped! Usually, the discard flaw free for a month. $45 very high for what I got. Terrible service. Plastic ceiling tile fell into salon right next to me. I received a lap full of water; my slip-on Sketchers and socks were soaking wet; the bags of wax on my feet filled with water. There was water all over the floor and they told me to move to another chair (with bags filled with slippery wax and water on my feet). I didn't move right away because it was too slippery and I kept getting splashed as water hit my chair - and anything around me. I eventually moved and my gel pedicure was finished. I had to walk around in wet socks and shoes after appointment. I received no apologies and my bill was $82.00 - for a gel pedicure and a water bath. I will not be returning. read more

Kim did my toes and did amazing ! She shaped my nails better and got my in growns without hurting. She did take her time with the pedicure, but not on the part I like the most, which is the massage. I love that part of the pedicure and I was so sad it wasn't as good as I thought. She didn't do a horrible job, but I have had better massages during my pedicure. I will say what made me give this place a try is the fact they stayed open for me. They were closing within 30 minutes of me arriving and they told me to still come. There's only one or two people in this nail salon that I think know what they're doing. Everyone else has a bad attitude, they're very rude and have the audacity to get upset when you ask for what you want. I wanted something simple one color, one shape short nails that's it. I was in that salon for two hours waiting for someone to take care of me, because the first person who did kept rolling his eyes & with an attitude, every time I spoke to him. First of all the prices are ridiculous. They charge you. For the service and then charge you another additional $20 for gel polish /french manicure. $70 for a pedicure!!! When you're paying $50 for a pedicure you don't include the polush? Any other salon i have been to charges $15 for gel polish. They nickel and dime you to death without telling you about the additional costs of what your asking for. Additionally absolutely rude nail techs who know nothing about good customer service. They ignore you completely while performing a service on you so she can talk to another tech sitting next to her who just came over to chat with her in their native language the whole time she's with us! Soooo rude! Your focus should be on your clients not mingling with other employees the whole time. Beware of their lack of sanitizing implements in between clients because that doesn't happen! They use the same unsterilized nail files and pumices and drill bits for every client health department should really stop and see this salon. The owner needs to whip this place in shape read more

No cuticle attention other than the scraper on dry toes before they soaked and the pointy thing under the nail...STILL HURTS THE NEXT MORNING. 4. Hot towel only used to remove the lotion. 5. Minimal hot rock usage. In all, my first experience had me in the chair for a SOLID 2 HOURS. This time I was out the door with toes painted in UNDER 1 hour.... read more

I went to sun city nails this past weekend because I wanted to try it out. I totally regret spending my time and money there. I went for a basic mani and pedi but was asked if I wanted to upgrade for $10. I said sure, I wanted to treat myself. Well I payed $10 extra dollars for hot stone foot massage that lasted like 1 min, hot towels that he barely left on my feet, quick on and off and a like 2 min foot rub. The gentle men rushed on my pedicure! I still have calluses, and my feet look like nothing was done. My hands, same thing. 30 second massage, painted my nails in a rush! And I walked out with polish on the side of my fingers and the very next day the polish came off like stick on nails! Plus the place was like walking back into 1985. They also needed a bigger color selection. Oh did I mention he didn't even turn on the massage chair! I sat there until I remembered to use it. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!! read more

I went in for an appointment with my friend, got sat down and they were friendly, but SUPER rushed. The technician cut my hands about 10 different times on both hands, saying I had "baby skin". In about 5 hours after getting the acrylics, my nails started becoming red, sore to the touch, and inflamed. I had to stay up until 6am soaking in acetone to take them off to treat it. My cuts are healed, but my nail bed is extremely damaged from this place. read more
