Now today it's a brand new lie. I asked for my chair cushions and my $300 deposit back and she tells me she's not giving me anything back. Some real shady businesses out here pulling rank. I got a police report and going to file in court. She won't win because I have her text messages admitting that she hasn't upholstered my cushions so her it's custom made won't hold water. I also filed a claim with my bank to get my money back and be done with this woman!

It's rare to find a place where you can just drop something off and know, without a doubt, that it's going to come back looking incredible. I've had "brand name" furniture that I loved, but after Divine Design gets their hands on it, the work is genuinely better than the original. The lines are sharper, the padding feels more substantial, and you can just tell they don't cut corners. They have this knack for taking a piece that's seen better days and turning it into the best-looking item in the room. Without a doubt some of the most amazing people, with incredible skills of craftsmanship are part of this organization! Not only did they make the welting I required while I waited, they reupholstered the cushion I brought to them in record time! Their work is impeccable, and I must say the staff was so pleasant and joyful, I wanted to spend time just talking to them. What an excellent example of a small business owner providing not only top-notch services, but a pleasant working environment for his employees. I have been using Ron for about 4 years now. He is always speedy and delivers a great product. He comes out usually the same day for a quote, does all the measuring, provides the fabric choices and then has the new product ready fast. I have never waited more than a week. His prices are very fair and he doesn't use cheap materials. I will continue to use Ron because in this area there is no one even close to his quality and price read more

The owner is abusive to his employees. Encourages people to pay him cash to avoid paying taxes. He employs Mexicans that do awesome work but he is really awful to them and in my book that's not okay. I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't care how good they are. read more

I picked up my car 6 days later and he was completely right, I was so shocked when I saw my practically new steering wheel. Carlos did an amazing job and explained to me the process. They charge for pickup and delivery. Returned the chaises in virtually new condition, found replacement rollers, aligned one of the frame tops that had been twisted. All in about 25% of cost of replacement, assuming you could fine high quality frames. Good communication by email and phone.
