The underside of each chair was nicely covered with black cloth - very professional. I have called, texted, and tried reaching out multiple times with very limited response or communication. At one point, Rick told me they had a bigger project that took priority and that my job had been pushed to the back of the line. Unfortunately, that still doesn't excuse the complete lack of follow-through or communication. What started as a good working relationship turned sour very quickly. I am beyond frustrated with Rick's lack of professionalism and communication regarding finishing this project. I finally informed him that I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I've run out of options trying to get this resolved. My advice: be very cautious about making final payment until every part of the project is fully completed.
