My appointment was made on the cell phone. They were not on time but within the hour of the expected time. The repair person is very polite and gives you the time of estimate to complete. The wait for this type of scratch is about 1.5 hours. This paint job has warranty. We were satisfied with their work.

I found someone I wanted to have do the job, provided the information to H&R and they paid the detailer and I am happy to close this chapter. This was a learning experience for both of us I believe. This was my first time having to deal with a car repair after an accident. The insurance, the waiting, and the waiting. In closing I think that this company learned the importance of communication and will most likely not put a part on that is damaged, and I have learned that not everything will go as smoothly as I would like it to. They gave me a completion date, then pushed it back without calling me. I called multiple times asking for my advisor. The receptionist always said he'd call back. He never did. After several failed attempts, I had to drive down there and ask for the manager just to get an update. The manager was courteous and did get my car done early the next week, so credit there. But when I drove home, the window is off track and has trouble rolling down and my mobile app is advising the window is down when it is not. Neither issue existed before the repair. This cost me work days and has been a huge inconvenience for my family. Between the total communication breakdown and the post-repair defects, I cannot recommend this shop.

When this was brought up to the garage, Mike immediately shut us down and became defensive. He was rude, ignored my concerns, and told me "after an accident you worry about every little thing." My husband called the garage and Mike continued to be rude and defensive regarding our concerns. Absolutely would not recommend due to the lack of professionalism and the disrespect both my husband and I experienced. Mike do better.
