Worst service I've ever had. nothing even comes close. it took them 3 months to fix my car. they made excuses like my insurance company held up a few steps and there were some complications with the repair. BUT 3 MONTHS. Here's my timeline with these guys: First month - i was in a car accident january 17. it takes 2 weeks for them to tow my car from my house 2 miles away. call to check on status of car. "it's in the rotation". i call several more times and that's all I get. Second month - i have to go into the shop for someone to give me an explanation. they say the car will be ready march 19th Third month - car not ready march 19th. have to call repeatedly for updates and they give me the wrong date at least 3 more times. april 13 they finally say the car is ready, i come in and car isnt ready. i have to uber to and from work the next day and finally get my car april 14 read more

I had a fender bender and my insurance company State Farm, recommended Drew Brothers. When I entered the office I felt like family ! They were welcoming,so attentive and explained everything. Five stars is not enough.. My experience with Drew Brothers was a 10 on every level! I had a very minor accident enough to warrant a new front bumper. State Farm highly recommended Drew Bros. They were extremely busy but managed to get my car in very quickly. Drove me to enterprise to pick up my rental car. 4 days later my car was finished Not only a new front bumper but my car looked like I had full wash & detail.. So beyond my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the building I was immediately helped at the front desk and started the paper work process then just as fast I got my car looked at and taken pictures of I wish I could remember the name of the nicest guy that helped me and explained the whole process of fixing the car door he answered all of my questions and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Today just a week later I got my whole driver door replaced and even got my car washed and vacuumed! I am BEYOND happy with the service I received from this establishment! Exemplary service from start to finish. I have so much to say but I'm going to narrow it down as much as possible. I was in a fender bender on June 19th and my insurance company gave me a list of 3 different shops I could take my car to.. Well I always check the reviews on many places to make sure I get a clear idea of who or what I'm dealing with. After reading the reviews of Drew Brothers I decided to give them a try and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision! I spoke with Mike first and he was not only professional but assuring as well. When I dropped my car off we met Tony. Again very professional as well. Not only does my car look great but it actually looks better than it did before I took it to them!! Tony even painted the red trim on my tires that I scuffed up from parking in the past for free! I'm so careful with the way I drive and park now it's hilarious. Hopefully I won't get into another fender bender but if I do.. I'm going straight to them. I HIGHLY recommend them! I don't usually have super high expectations when it comes to body shops- but then I went to Drew Brothers. After a very minor fender bender, my insurance sent me a list of preferred body shops. I did a little research and chose Drew Brothers based on its proximity to my house. Their customer service the whole process was amazing- from calling about an estimate to picking my car up after repairs. They greeted me by name, and had my info all prepared for when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. I never had to wait more than 30 seconds. Drew Brothers arranged my rental car reservation with Enterprise, who arrived within 3 minutes of me dropping my car off to bring me to my rental car. My car was ready the very next day (during Thanksgiving week), and when I arrived to pick it up, it was sitting right out front ready. All I had to do was drop the rental car off there and they would arrange for Enterprise to come get it. To the best of my observation, the repair job looks great. Good as new. I will definitely be recommending Drew Brothers to friends looking for a body shop- another great locally owned Seminole Heights business. read more

TAMPA HONDALAND sent me here. its not a GEICO preferred shop it should be no one preferred. about 3years ago they painted the hood of the car it was slightly different from the rest of car but they had it for a week. We needed the car. Now some bird droppings that didnt get clean fast has went threw the paint in two places on the hood. also 5 small other holes that they say are rocks. I know that its there paint job that is the problem. the rest of car is like new. So he wants me to pay for the bad work they did. read more

Secondly, I don't typically write review but I felt it necessary to let anyone know about the service process with Drew Brothers. They go above and beyond anything that I was expecting, I just moved down here and I don't know anyone or any good places to take my vehicle. I've used Drew Brothers for 3 different repairs ranging from minor body work to a significant repair after an accident. Every time they've done a fabulous, timely job and my car has come back looking like new. Even though getting into an accident, etc is never a good time, it's nice to know that I have an auto body I can trust to do the job right. read more

I only brought my truck in because it was on my ins. carrier list. am I glad I did. 10,000 dollars in damage and it looks better than brand new. It came back cleaner than when I first bought it!!! Recently, I got in an accident and Honda referred me to this body shop. I was never updated on the progress of my vehicle unless I called them, which I did multiple times and they were extremely unhelpful. Tony, the man that was helping me with my car, was so incredibly disrespectful to me each time I went there to check on the progress of my car. I won't write out my entire experience there, but I could not believe the way he treated me and my friend, degrading us and talking down to us making us think we were stupid. If Honda refers you to this body shop, please take your business anywhere else but here. I left Drew Brothers Auto Repair crying after paying four grand in auto repairs. read more
