I dropped off 6 100% cotton men's button-down shirts for washing and pressing only. They decided, without consulting me, that 4 would be dry-cleaned at double the cost because of the name brand. I bought them resale, and the dry-cleaning cost half of the cost of each shirt! I could not find any pricing on the website or at the physical site beforehand. I paid $5 per regular cotton shirt laundering, and $10-24 per item for other items such as sweaters and dresses. Never again. read more

They ruined a brand new pair of my Banana Republic slacks. They scorched them with an iron and returned them to me without saying a word. I wore them to work, not knowing that there was a huge scorch on the rear of the pants. My coworker pointed it out how embarrassing! Suncountry was advised, and they did absolutely nothing to make it right. I work in a professional office and I have a ton of clothing that requires dry cleaning only. Sun Country lost an excellent customer. Shame on them! read more

Number one, don't ever lose your receipt even if they have your name and phone number which brings me to number two, make sure that your name is spelt correctly on the receipt and last but not least, pick up your items within a reasonable amount of time (when they tell you they will be ready)! Funny, story as to why I say all those things. I dropped off (7) of my husbands dress shirts, not inexpensive items. Time got away from me and two weeks later I went to pick them up and do you think I could find the receipt? I left it in the car but I couldn't find it in there so I thought, well maybe they could look it either by name and/or phone number. They could not find them under anything. After about 15 minutes I left on a mission to find that receipt because obviously without it, my husband was going to be (7) shirts short. As luck would have I found it! Yay, me. When the shirts were found, whoever took my items spelt my name was incorrect, then to add insult to injury they had been mis hung. Other than that, they were just alright. It was just an over all crazy experience, still like the convenience of the where they are located, I am just more careful. read more

I am confused by the claim that Sun Country makes that clothes brought in by 9am will be ready by 5pm the same day. This is patently false. I took in several articles today (Thursday) and they told me that they would likely be returned by Saturday at 5pm, but no guarantee. I think that this cleaner is good enough, but unless they can keep their word, I'm looking elsewhere. read more

I owe a huge apology to Priscilla at Sun Country Cleaners. She actually did call me back about the missing half of the zipped up CA KIng mattress cover but my husband took the call. He says he gave me the message, I probably wasn't listening. When I talked to her this morning I was blown away. Priscilla told me I could bring in the half I did pickup and she would see if they could find the matching half. If not, then the claim process could begin. I was very impressed with her staright forward fair enough policy. I feel I also owe an apology to the staff at Sun Country because with each call or visit trying to follow up on my mattress cover, my frustration grew. If I had only listened to my husband and called Priscilla back the first time, I would not have been so disgruntled. Lost items happen in the dry cleaning business no matter how great the staff or management is but it is the process used to resolve the problem that makes a business several stars above. The last two months that I've used this place either myself or my wife has had to RE-IRON every dress shirt I drop off (which is 5 at a time). I have pointed out for 2 months but being stupid I went back . Not anymore , they must have hired workers that don't care. Never going back again . Take a look at the one yesterday. 10 shirts all wrinkled and appears not to of been touched. Look at it yourself . Two months time after time after time. I'm done with this place ! read more

This place is a complete rip off, not to mention completely unorganized. I dropped off 12 items to be dry cleaned and asked to pre pay and they told me they don't do that. I just wanted to know pricing but I figured it couldn't be much because I didn't have many clothes. I picked up my clothes today to find they charged me $110 for 12 pieces of clothing. There is a reason their prices aren't anywhere for you to see. Not to mention they spent about 20 mins trying to find 2 pieces of my clothing that were placed in the wrong area, also they lost the customers clothing in front of me. Complete ripoff and will NEVER be back again. read more

Stupidly expensive! $45 for 4 sofa pillows. Even though it's the closest to my house, their fees make it worth driving somewhere else.

I brought in 2 pair of pants to be altered and had them pinned to the exact length. I got a call from the seamstress. saying she didn't understand what I wanted. I told her the pants were pinned to the exact lent h. She said they were never pinned twice and continued to argue with me. I asked they be sent back and got a call from them that the seamstress said they could not do the work. I have never had a problem with dry cleaners or tailors before this. The seamstress was rude and call me a lair. Someone had removed the pins and some how that makes me a lair. Never step foot in there again. read more

Quite possibly the worst cleaners ever! When they first opened I was double charged. I gave them several chances because they are convenient and a brand new place. One of my husband shirts was ruined (melted snap), I get my clothes back with the easiest to remove stains still standing, and now a brand new, expensive white jumper is missing. Last Wednesday August 17th I went to pick up my items. When I handed in my white jumper that previous Monday, I inspected it, and both the cashier and I were amazed I managed to not get anything else on it, but a small light gray spot on the back (obviously I sat in something). It was still there. I promise anyone who has ever had to get a spot out of anything would have succeeded. She said no worries lets have them try it again for free. I hesitated, told her I have been disappointed with the establishment for not getting out the smallest of stains, etc as I had once worked in a dry cleaners in high school, and its amazing what that liquid can get out. I told her I could get it out with oxy clean at home and she assured me to give it another try. I was told I would have it back by Friday 19th. I went back Saturday the 20th to find that my item was not there, but the computer said it was in route and should be there by 5:00 and that someone would give me a call either way. No call. Now its Monday the 22nd, and I just called to only find out my item is missing and that the "manager" was suppose to call me. Still waiting for the manager to call. Just got off the phone again, manager has been notified through voicemail. Still waiting to hear back. Just called "the plant" they are going to search for it which leads me to think this is the first time they have heard about it. I'm supposed to get a call back either way....... read more
