I have driven by this location multiple times but was encouraged to check it out from a family member. On first impressions, the facility was very clean with plenty of parking. Other than one front office staff, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Andy, in particular, is one of the best dental hygienist that I have encountered. He is completely bilingual (English and Korean). He is very thorough, explains each step clearly, never rushes through his cleanings, remembers little patient details, and very kind. Dr. Kim is a man of not many words but good at what he does. I really wanted to give that one front office staff member the benefit of the doubt the first time I came but she was rude again the second time I came by. When I entered for my appointment, there was no greeting. Just a quick glance down at me and she asked for my name. Upon checkout, she was on the phone with someone arguing with them in a very belligerent tone of voice. At a certain point while still looking at her computer, she said ,"when can you next come in" and I genuinely was not sure who she was talking to. She then proceeded to rudely say ,"hello? I am talking to you" finally making eye contact with me. Maybe this is just her personality but not the best image for the clinic. In general, this is a very clean office with wonderful staff members. I have recommended this clinic to multiple friends and family. read more

Before you go to Dr. Kim's clinic, remember he is not specialized in Endodontics/ Root Canal treatment. I thank him he honestly told me that. However, I was so frustrated that I was sent back home with my toothaching situation because he said to be NOT able to treat my case of root canal job he mentioned "complications ". I'm hopeless that I got there for nothing nevertheless 3-4 hour driving on my day off and that I would need another a month or so to wait for some doctor's appointment. I can't wait for the ache getting worse. read more

Overage charges customers that don't have insurance. If you pay cash he will charge you double. Root canal I pay double because I didn't want to use my insurance. They do poor work. I did a root canal. He take his time one by one so he could get his payment. I did a lot of work on my teeth with him and wasted a lot of money. I got to go redo my root canals. What a waste of time and more pain here we go again... this place sucks... he just pulls out teeth and tells you that you need root canal... this place will rip you off if you don't have insurance... My teeth were in such bad state. I hadn't been to the dentist in years due to things going on in my life. I wasn't smiling any more I was so embarrassed by the way my teeth looked. I was so scared I was going to have my teeth pulled or they were going to tell me that they couldn't fix certain issues I was having. I have always been scared of going to the dentist cause All the ones I have been to have been super rough. When I tell you my teeth did a total transformation. The receptionist is very very very NICE and makes you feel at home each visit. I had to get a deep cleaning, and I was PETRIFIED, but the lady who cleaned my teeth made sure I was okay every step of the way. This is a very nice, new, and clean office. They are also great with getting you an appointment that fits your needs, and they are great on reminding you about your appointment. I am happy they helped me with my fears of the dentist. It has taken me a couple months to form my exact words that I wanted to say in this review. Let me begin and say that I need to have quite a bit of work done on my teeth. So, I've been on a search for a good dentist that could not only help my needs, but someone who could be MY permanent dentist. I've moved around a lot, so I've had my fair share of dentists, but now, I was just looking for someone to settle down with in GA. Someone recommended Dr. Kim so I went to him with a toothache. It turned out to be a bad tooth and a wisdom tooth that needed to be taken out. Dr. Kim was not inviting in his bedside manner. He did not help me understand what needed to be done, I sort of figured it out as he was speaking with his dental assistant. Then, finally, he gruffly told me that the two teeth had to be pulled. I was already in pain, I had been for a number of days. I reluctantly said okay because I wanted the pain to stop. As Dr. Kim prepped for the procedure, he didn't explain to me that he was about to inject me with anesthetic. He just came toward me with a huge needle and started just poking away, not saying a word. Yes, I know that needles hurt, but a little warning or something would have been nice. I've been in and out of dentist's offices enough to know a general procedure of pulling a tooth. Anyway, after the anesthetic, again not saying one word to me, he puts a sheet over my face with a hole for my mouth. This has never happened to me before. It's almost like he didn't want to look at me while working on my mouth! Next he started drilling and drilling and drilling. He was applying so much pressure that I was scared he was going to miss my tooth and nick something else. Now, the worst part of this whole experience, he held me down with his FOREARM! That's right! I have never, in my life, been so manhandled in the dentist's chair. I mean, I count myself a pretty calm person, even under pain I keep relatively quiet and rarely made a peep, but this was too much. At one point I asked him to stop. The pressure was too much, his weight on my tooth with the drill was too much. And not once, did he ask me how I was doing or anything! Finally, after it was all said and done, he took the two teeth out and walked out of the procedure room - again without saying a word. I never saw him again after that. I went up to pay, in near tears, not from the procedure, but from how I was treated. The secretary didn't ask me how I was doing or anything; she just took the payment. You would have expected for the dentist to call after a couple days of the procedure to see how you were doing, right? Yeah, sure. The only phone call I got was two weeks later to schedule my next appointment! Well, I told the secretary how I felt about the treatment and that I would never come to Dr. Kim's office again. All she said was, "I'm sorry" and "I'll let Dr. Kim know." And that was the end of that. All this being said, I don't recommend Dr. Kim for anything unless you like being handled like livestock getting your teeth done. I was totally scarred and now, I'm afraid to go find another dentist. *SIGH...* The search continues... Next time I find one, it's going to be a lot a questions from the beginning. It's sad that you can't just walk in and trust the dentist will treat you like a fellow person of humanity. read more

Dr. Kim and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Kim explained everything to me in terms of the current state of my teeth and what needed to be done. I had a general cleaning done by the hygenist who was gentle and friendly. Pictures were taken of my teeth due to being 6 mths pregnant and not being able to get xrays. Overall, clean office. Another pro is that they have good hours that cater to working people. I find that many offices close at 4 or they don't open on weekends at all, so it's hard to find a dentist. read more
