If I could give them "0" stars I would. I am so disappointed with this companies unethical antics and poor customer service. I will not recommend this company to anyone. When we first met Chad back in 2018, he presented as a charismatic, self absorbed, fast talker, telling lots of stories about himself and his "spiritual journey". We were in the middle of a full home renovation and Suneez was referred to us by the guy who installed our blinds (who I will let know of my experience). Chad smooth talked his way to getting us to pay 100% of the job, up front, to secure an amazing deal to have all our windows and glass doors tinted. By the way it is illegal in California to ask for or accept a down payment of more than 10% the total home improvement contract price of $1,000 , which ever is less, according to the Contractor State License Board. At the time the contract was drawn up and we paid in full, this included all the glass windows and doors, with the exception of the upper windows which (he confirmed at the time) already had film on them. We paid him $2500 for the job. Fast forward to late October 2020, and a rock from under the gardeners mover goes through one of our sliding doors. This is when we discover that the living room sliding panels don't appear to have tint on them. When I call Chad and send him photos, he determines that indeed something looks funny, but not to stress he will go by and check it out and make it right. Well that was six months ago. After multiple phone calls and texts I manage to get hold of him just before my senior father arrives. He tells me to text him again, which I do and no response! Then out of nowhere he says he is on his way. Yahoo! I call my father who informs me Chad is there. But, get this, confirms there is no tint on the windows, but we never paid him for that, they did the upper windows. This is absolutely false, as ours and the other property owners in our complex already had tinted upper windows, and it is evident even to the fellow Chad brought with him that the tints don't match. Why would we have all the windows and doors done with the exception of the living room doors that span the back of our home and are the most open to the elements? Then he tell my father it will be $5,000 to do the glass sliding door panels (but for us he'll do it for $2,500). This is where I stepped back in, as it was clear he was trying to take advantage of a senior. I told Chad that this is unconscionable and I hope that he does the right thing. My dad spoke to him yesterday and he told my father that he could not work with us. This company is not accredited anymore with the BBB. We are Canadian, and perhaps too trusting. We are in the process of proceeding with small claims, another first. However, I feel I have a responsibility to make others aware of this company. Please go somewhere else. There is other reputable, honest window treatment places in Palm Springs. I'm very skeptical about all these positive reviews. Great experience tinting our 2021 Tesla Model 3. They installed 35% ceramic film on all glass except the front. The rear window was done in one giant piece which is what you need if you have a Tesla! Others tend to install it in 2x pieces which is not great. The job was also done in 3hrs - in and out quick! read more

Extremely unhappy. I will no longer recommend this business to anyone. Aside from the tint job (which was actually good), i am very displeased and angered with the entire experience. Lets start off with the fact that they promised my car ready by 4:45pm. Guess what.....they were no where near done when i arrived. On top of that, the speaker where the tint was applied was damaged. It was claimed that they didnt break it. If that is the case, why didn't they immediately call me? It is a brand new car. Not even 2 days old! To confirm that it was not a manufacturer defect, i took it into the dealership and they found the clip that was broken off of the speaker within the door. Long story short, own up to your mistakes. If it was an accident then its an accident. No one wants to intentionally destroy a piece of property. But to say that you tried to fix it because you saw it broken? No....i don't buy it. I wasn't born yesterday. And i wouldn't be purchasing a brand new car if it was broken. AND on top of it all, they were not going to say anything to me about my speaker. They were in a rush to dip out since i was the last customer of the day. Completely unacceptable. Its shady, dishonest, and speaks highly of how much the value their customers. The people here do a good tint. Ill give them that. However, the dishonesty has earned them a very negative review and unfortunately i will not be taking any more of my business there nor send anyone to them. Not to mention the car was scratch on the interior where the seats are, the main speakers has residual chemicals inside the little holes. Why didn't you guys clean it? I had to clean and detail the car with a toothpick. The car should be returned to me clean as it was, or cleaner. I stand by what i say. They do a good tint. But the lack of detail (such as water streaks inside the car door that went from the window down to the bottom of the door, water/soap stains inside the speakers, scratched seat panels, spots on my dash), and lack of owning up to ones mistakes, has cost this once great business to lose a loyal patron and any future prospects that i may send. If you dont mind getting frustrated or do not mind the dishonesty, please visit them. They do a good tint job. But then again, so do many others. I invite you to spare yourself the frustration and the feeling of being cheated. Go somewhere else. read more

I've had my tint done here a while back by the recommendation from a few friends. Everything still looks great! The only reason why I didn't give it a five star is because one window had a slight tear in the tint, and I took it back concerned about it ripping further. You couldn't see it when the window was up, but it did and still bothers me to this day. They "convinced" me that it wouldn't be a problem, which it's not, but it's a visual thing. (my prev 2 cars were done 2 years ago and the windows looked great during the 2 years that I owned both vehicles - recently sold both) Based on the recommendation that I received the from one of the owners, I decided to get the ceramic medium tint for the side and back and also the front windshield and it was night and day difference. Driving down I-10 with the sun directly in front, I could hardly feel the heat and my dashboard did not heat up at all. Price is slightly below other shops in the desert but the owners take pride in using the best material possible. This is the window tinting store that is recommended by the local Rolls, Bentley, Maserati, Porsche, Jag, Audi, Land Rover, Lotus and other fine dealerships. I love the work that these guys do. I first became a customer 10 years ago when I bought my first new car and went there by recommendation. They put mirror tint all the way around (excluding windshield) and the car looked amazing. The car not only looked great but I was in an accident a year and a half later and the only thing that survived besides me, was the windows and tint still looked great! Even the adjuster was shocked. We moved to La Quinta in January and by May it was clear that we would need to do something about the east and west facing windows in our home, as even with highly efficient AC units and great window coverings and plenty of insulation, some of the rooms in our home were intolerable by midday, and our AC was never shutting off. We wanted to get heat reflecting film on the east and west facing windows. We called a few companies, but Chad was by far the most responsive and was forthcoming with all of the info we needed to make our decision.
